Excellent host, fenced yard for our dog, kitchen was good, we cooked 3 or 4 meals there. My wife was alone with the dog while we were at class, she had a great time with the donkey, horses, longhorns, chickens and all of the other attractions!

Everything was perfect. The only I wish was that I would have booked for a couple more days and had my grandkids with me. Such a peaceful setting, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, very nice furnishings. Everything in yard looks like it should be in a magazine. The owner of the property was as nice as can be.

Bill (William) is a great host and the property, animals and accommodations are extraordinary! We came to the area to visit family and friends and found ourselves sometimes wanting to just hang out here instead, but we couldn’t do that. Maybe next time!

Visit from WV

Grandparents recently moved into retirement community in Georgetown. We drove from West Virginia for a visit. The location was great for our family of six. They enjoyed interaction with all the various animals and beautiful surroundings. Grandparents enjoyed visiting with us on the back porch and admired the Longhorns as well as the country setting.And the drive to Georgetown was easy.

An experience you will never forget!

I loved the vibes of this place, and the drive to get there is amazing. It’s an experience that has humbled me, a born and raised Texan, regarding the beauty of our state! The property owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met. I would describe him as a true Texan to his core. What an amazing experience staying here! No detail left behind, to include stocked kitchen, indoor doggie bed, and farm fresh eggs provided! Bill is a genuine guy and amazing host. The menagerie of animals, on the property, was incredible and made for a bonus experience. Wonderful place to stay!

Feels like home

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and again we were sad to leave. It literally feels like home (but with a better climate!) There is not a bad comment to be made, everything from cleanliness to hospitality, it has it all. I highly highly recommend!!

The location of this property was great for us and we enjoyed being out of the city and away from the traffic. The outdoor spaces are so inviting and even in the central Texas heat, the oak trees were lovely shade. Would recommend!

We had a great time!

We stayed the night for a wedding at the vineyard. Perfect, convenient location. My 1 year old daughter had so much fun walking around looking at the peacocks and horses. The house was cozy but plenty of space for my family and dog.

Country charm and animals!

We loved staying at this property. We had a friends getaway and it was perfect for us. The property manager was very friendly and easy to work with. The animals were an added bonus. Seeing longhorns and horses up close was a treat! The location was great for a quick trip to the Vineyard. We'd love to come back!
