I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the holiday apartment rental. Although the property representative was pleasant and communication was smooth, I found the furnishings to be of poor quality and uncomfortable. Additionally, the patio did not match its online depiction in terms of size, and instead of the advertised 4 flights of stairs, there were actually 7-8 flights. Unfortunately, due to my father's health condition, he had to book a separate hotel room after the first day because the number of stairs was too taxing for him.
To make matters worse, the apartment was infested with mosquitoes, causing me to suffer numerous bites. I had an extreme reaction to these bites, experiencing impaired vision in my right eye and developing hot and sore lumps all over my body. The discomfort was unbearable, forcing me to stay indoors for nearly two days -the doctor gave me steroid cream to help with the swelling. As a result, I made the decision to book a hotel and departed after the second night since I simply couldn't sleep in those conditions. We burned a lot of money due to our experience.
