Lovely home by the ocean

We like the home's close proximity and easy walk to the beach. Guests can view the ocean from the living room or the deck. The house is simple but with all the amenities one might need for a relaxing stay, plus it is dog friendly!

Very relaxing few days with family in this cute house with gorgeous views of the ocean and sunsets. Great location across from beach access, to enjoy long walk on the Heceta beach and quite neighborhood. Would come again.

Great new years trip

Stayed with a few friends and my dog for new years. House was clean and cozy with a wonderful view of the ocean. There was also plenty of space and it didn’t seem crowded. It was easy access to the beach as well. I plan on staying here again. I wasn’t sure how to check out as it wasn’t clear; hoping they won’t charge me extra since I didn’t see the text message with the check out link until an hour after we left the house at check out time.

Cute little beach house

Although the house is not actually right on the beach, it is straight across from an access, giving it a beautiful view of the beach. We had beautiful sunset walks and thought this house the perfect size for 4 people. It can sleep 7, but that might get a little crowded. We will be back!

Location-Location-Location

This house is across the street from the access to Heceta Beach. The view out the large main room windows makes this a great place to stay. The house is very well laid out. We were able to have my in-laws over for dinner one night. My father-in-law, who uses a walker, was able get around very easily. We set him up in front of the windows, and he was so grateful to see the ocean. We are glad we stayed at the Pelican Perch.

Comfy with Easy Access to the Beach

There is a fenced in porch/deck across the front and one side that was perfect for our medium sized dog to do some people and dog watching while we humans could sit and enjoy the wonderful view of the ocean. The beach is across the street and down a very short, easy to traverse, trail. The house is small but makes great use of space (open concept). It has lots of windows facing the sea, the couches are comfortable, and there's plenty of entertainment when it gets dark (cable tv, games, books). The beds lean firm, which was okay for me, and there are lots of bed pillows to choose from. It does not have a dishwasher but it has a good sized sink with a pullout spray faucet. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay and I hope to do so again soon.

Cozy Cottage With Spectacular Views

This property was very sufficient for our stay. We meet friends from CA at a Beach Town in Oregon to just relax and catch up on life. This facility was great for that purpose and we would likely stay there again. There were some minor issues like as small shower for a big guy like myself(6' and 250) but overall we had a great time.
