The apartment is located in the heart of Florence, just around the corner from Via Tornabuoni in Via Della Vigna Nuova, considered two of the most prestigious and elegant streets in Florence and famous for their elegant boutiques such as Salvatore Ferragamo, Armani, Versace, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Burberry and Cavalli. The apartment is also very close to Piazza Signoria, Piazza Santa Croce and the main tourist sites and monuments such as the Uffizi Gallery, the Duomo, the Bargello Museum, Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Vecchio.
Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which means a “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact a private garage. Thanks to the private garage you will obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.

This classically styled apartment (170 sq. mt./1829 sq. ft.) has a beautiful large terrace with a magnificent view of the Duomo across the rooftops of Florence. Furnished with classical taste the apartment has many special features. The ceilings and magnificent beams are original from the XV century. It has a large living room and a spacious master bedroom suite (with 160cm wide bed - not divisible) with en-suite bathroom provided with bathtub and shower. Two further double bedrooms (both bedrooms with two 90 cm single beds that can be joined into a double) each come with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. There is a large furnished kitchen and connected dining area situated under ancient beams. The entrance hall leads onto a guest bathroom and there is a second small terrace and utility room with washing/drying machine.
