Florence, very comfortable apartment in Coverciano

The apartment is ideal for couples, families and friends who want to get to know Florence but don't like the chaos of the centre. Located on the first floor in the quiet and residential neighborhood of Coverciano, under the hills of Fiesole and Settignano, it is perfectly connected to the historic center which can be reached with a pleasant walk in just 30 minutes or by public transport.
Thanks to our strategic position you can comfortably visit the city on foot, take romantic walks along the Arno river or, a stone's throw from home, go shopping and enjoy the excellent Florentine cuisine in the surrounding trattorias and restaurants.
The apartment is equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning and independent heating.
The dining area features an extendable table, large sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests and a fully equipped kitchen; the main double bedroom has a very comfortable bed, large wardrobe as well as a bathroom with shower cabin, sink and toilet. Upon request, and free of charge, it is also possible to place a cot. The apartment, in addition to the second bedroom with a comfortable double bed and the complete main bathroom, has a closet equipped with a washer-dryer.
The apartment is an 8-minute drive from the A1 Firenze Sud motorway exit, and a 20-minute walk from the Campo di Marte train station.
Near the apartment there are bus stops 10, 20, 17 and 6 which will allow you to reach all parts of the city.
In the surrounding area there are various types of shops as well as gardens and facilities for sport, culture and entertainment.

Sehr sauberes, schön eingerichtetes , großes Apartment in ruhiger Lage. Gastgeberin sehr nett und bemüht. Bushaltestellen gleich in der Nähe, zu Fuß ist Florenz in 50 min zu erreichen, Cafe, Restaurant alles gleich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
