Florence Hotel with Lovely Staff

Stayed in two rooms with toddler twins, mother and nanny in another room. Comfortable beds, decent breakfast (eggs, coffee, fruit, cereal, juice, yogurt, breads). Andreana and Sarah were very nice, professional, and Andreana went the extra mike helping with train tickets, and taxis. Sarah helped with ordering food. Great location, and would stay there again.

Very clean, updated, modern room. Staff was excellent, very professional and friendly, even went out of their way to give us packed breakfast since we were checking out early. It worked perfectly for our visit where we needed to be close to train station and tour pick up. Not too long of a walk to the center of Florence either. Great hotel!

Excellent service by the owner Betta! She was very friendly, courteous and informative! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return on our next trip to Florence. Great if you are travelling by train as it is minutes away from SMN station.

The staff at this hotel provided excellent customer service and they work very hard. The only issue is that the hotel is right next to the rail tracks that enter the Florence train station making noise a problem at certain times.

It was an easy 20 minute walk from the train station. Pay attention when they show you how to enter their living space. The staff was friendly and kind. They also held on to our luggage while we traveled the first day

This place doesn’t look much from the front but we had a fantastic room. Fairly new with a good size shower. The male at reception when we checked in was excellent. So helpful with great local tips. The only downside was the walls are fairly thin so if you’re a light sleeper, you may hear the snorer next door otherwise everything was great.
