If you need to stay near the train station then this property is perfect. But that’s about all I can say that’s positive. Mold in the shower, mold in the soap dish, the cover to the toilet button fell off on its first use. Street noise lasted well into the early morning hours. Look around and maybe save some money somewhere else because this place is a dump…

The best thing about this hotel is it's close to the train station. It's also close to attractions. It's very basic but with a decent free breakfast. Staff were very friendly but it's very noisy. We could hear people on the streets until 3am and again by 6am.

The air conditioning is controlled by the person at the front desk,they require you to leave the key of the room every time that you go out the Hotel.When you leave the room they turn off the air conditioning.Terrible to sleep with in these conditions.

Situated in a fun area just a block from the central train station. Staff was extremely pleasant; room was not fancy but clean and neat. You’re not in Florence to sit in your room, so what you save in accommodations you can spend at aperitivo! Would return in a heartbeat.

I did not sleep well for the entire stay. The mattress and pillows were awful!!! The room was very simple. The bathroom was very small. You needed to bring your luggage up and down on your own, This place has many stairs! This hotel sells on location. If you are seeking for location setting only and sleeping on a bed of rocks, then this is the place to go!

We enjoyed our stay in a clean, small room. Staff was very helpful with anything we needed. Hotel was convenient for walking from train and to the centre of Florence as well. Very good continental breakfast with excellent cappuccino Would stay there again!
