Comfortable and convenient

We stayed here for a week during spring break and had a wonderful time. The apartment is so close to the train station and many cute restaurants and coffee shops. The beds were so comfortable! That is always my biggest worry but thankfully they were perfect.

We had an enjoyable time at the apartment. Almost everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Our flight came in early, we were able to check in early. Would recommend this place to stay!

Great place to stay in Florence!

Riccardo was an exceptional host! He was a great communicator leading up to trip, met us at apartment, giving excellent instructions, and throughout our trip. The apartment is beautiful and even more spacious in person. It has everything you need and so close to great coffee shops, restaurants, and attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment for a wonderful holiday!!

Very nice flat with plenty of room

Riccardo let us check in early so we didn’t have to drag our luggage around on our first day! The apartment was very roomy and nicely appointed. The location is so convenient to SMN station and the Duomo complex! The antique furniture was comfortable and inviting. The large windows were so romantic, though there’s not really a view. Still, the breezes were wonderful and there were both Italian and American coffee makers! We enjoyed both!

Great Apartment and Location !

Stayed at this location for 3 nights with my wife. What a perfect location for seeing a lot of the major attractions while in Florence. Walking distance to everything. Including some great restaurants and shops. Check in and out with Ricardo could not have been easier. Very helpful and allowed freedom to really enjoy the city. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this location. We hope to return soon someday.

Our stay was wonderful. Riccardo was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean and very comfortable. It located in a great location near to the Santa Novella train station, the tram stop that is there, and a short walk to the central market. The area was very quiet. I would book it again for sure.

Beautiful and convenient location

The property is beautiful and well appointed with modern bathrooms. Be prepared for a lot of stairs (from the lobby, up two levels and from the lower floor with the bedrooms/game room/one bathroom and the upper floor with kitchen/family room/gorgeous patio/2nd bathroom). There are groceries and restaurants within walking distance (3-7 blocks) and the bus stop on Corso Gelone can get you quickly to Ortigia.

Wonderful stay in Firenze

We were four ladies traveling together and this apartment was perfect for us. The neighborhood was quiet and on the edge of the busier tourist areas. Major sites were in walking distance. There were wonderful restaurant’s just down the street. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Our host Ricardo met us at check in and reviewed details of the apartment with us. Our stay was delightful. If I returned to Florence, I would definitely stay there again.

Quaint and homey

My mom, sister and I rented this apartment for a week. Our host graciously met us for an early check in, which we really appreciated. The apartment was comfortable and felt like a perfect quiet get away right around the corner from the action. It really feels like my grandmother's old apartment with feminine touches and a warm feel. Having two bathrooms and a tub was a nice treat! We loved it and will happily return!

Florence Stay—Lavender Accent Apartment

First of all, we fell in love with this apartment upon viewing it with all of its lovely lavender accents and cute details. We were actually looking at hotels as well and my daughter preferred this apartment. It worked out great for the three of us she was able to have her own room; we appreciated the air conditioning in both rooms. As most reviewers have mentioned, it is in a great location. You can walk to anywhere in Florence within 10 to 20 minutes. We also really loved that it was off the beaten path just A hair so you felt like you could get a little bit of a respite. Bathroom facilities were in great working order and comfortable. Nice shower, nice tub. The beds were comfortable and I slept well on it from the first night. The instructions upon check-in were easy and Ricardo met us at the door brought us and Scheidt and got us situated. Communications were easy until then and Ricardo was extremely responsive. I thought there were no surprises here. I had read all the reviews and was even a little bit nervous as I had never done Vrbo overseas… But it couldn’t have been better!
