「No tea and kettle in the room. Water only available in the lounge area which caused inconveniences to guests.
Bottled water only supplied on the first day! Given the relatively high rate, this provision is too mean.
Drainage was found clogged but prompt fix was appreciated.
Stayed 3 nights but bedsheets and quilt covers not changed the 2nd night.
Air-conditioning in the room was good and reliable.」
