The hotel was in the right location for our needs. That being an overnight stop, before we got the train to France the next day. The lady on the front desk was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. The room, a little on the small side, was ok and the beds were comfy enough. Breakfast was, well breakfast, what's not ot like about a full English.

The room we had was nicely decorated with a lovely comfortable big bed and a wonderful seaview. Check in was easy and we were able to buy a parking permit. (As it was a weekend it was initially quite difficult to find a parking space - this was the only drawback) All the staff were polite and friendly particularly the lovely waitress who served us in the restaurant. Good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. All in all a great experience and would certainly visit again.

The room was large and mostly very clean except there was a chunk of something on the floor and an old food tub both under the desk. The staff were very kind and helpful. It was very quiet my first night and the following night I was able to feel a door slam somewhere while laying in bed. It seemed like it was a door from the floor beneath but it felt like it rattled the whole wall behind the bed.

Lovely room, comfortable bed and pillows, very effective air conditioning. Breakfast included full english + continental buffet AND made-to-order dishes which was really tasty and generous. Staff were lovely. It's located a bit away from the harbour center and with construction it was more of a walk than expected but this didn't diminish the quality of the stay.

The room was lovely and clean, with good air con! Staff were mostly excellent, just the staff member at the desk on our last day was quite distracted and not as friendly when we were collecting our bags. Excellent choice for a staycation, with lots to see within walking distance.

Amazing location, would love to have visited in the summer with the proximity to the beach and nice walkways . Staff were very warm and friendly, everything was as described, check in was a breeze. The room was clean and seemed like it was very recently updated. The bathroom was nice, with a rain shower head. Parking is somewhat finicky, you need to hope you get a spot out front (paid parking 7 days a week from 8am-6pm) or park in a nearby underground garage. Due to an early start on check out, we didn’t have the chance to try the breakfast. I would absolutely book this location again without hesitation.

The room was clean and the staff had made sure that the room was accommodating us with kids. The breakfast was lovely too! Unfortunately we had to check out earlier than planned due to a loss in the family on that day. We would love to come and visit again !
