“Fantastic stay! The location is perfect—super convenient and easy to reach from the train station. The staff were incredibly hospitable, making the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was lovely, with a great selection, especially the wide variety of fresh fruits. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice!”

“Hotel is old but well maintained. Nice hotel with the budget， clean, good location and close to ferry station. It costs 9€/person to arrive S. Lucia station in a 5mins ferry ride. If you travel with big luggage I would recommend you to stay near train station. This hotel is with elevator, which is a plus! Night time after 10pm returning hotel could be a bit insecure for solo lady traveler coz finally will need to walk through a quite small alley (it’s short though will always have other……

“Everything was great at this lovely property. The staff was exceptional--helpful and friendly. Our water taxi took us directly to the hotel and picked us up for our return to the airport. The property is in a great location. Close to the action, but on a quieter street. I'd definitely stay there again for a return trip. ”

“This just might be the perfect blend between Venice elegance and convenience. The Antico Portego is just down from the canals giving you a rare opportunity to enjoy Venice and not have to climb stairs with your luggage. While getting there is easy, the area around our hotel was great too. Fun shopping, spots to enjoy a glass of wine, and food options are all right outside the door. Lastly, our room was elegant.
