「The apartment was lovely and super clean. The owner had included many nice touches like yoga mats, some hand weights, a few snacks and products in bathroom. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the pull out couch which was not very comfortable for my 18 yr old son. I think it would be fine for young kids. Of course pull out couches are not made to be super comfy so not a big deal. The location was very convenient to downtown and college. 」

「Was in town for a car show this past weekend and absolutely LOVED the option to get a room with drive-up access. Room was clean, comfortable bed, great breakfast spread with so many options for everyone and friendly staff. Hotel was conveniently located near the airport and had a few restaurants within walking distance. 」

「The hotel was great. The only thing that needs to be addressed was the bed. Very thin mattress and too soft (at least for my liking). This is the only issue I had - otherwise, I would stay here again - but different room.」

「Price reflected the property. Taking that into consideration, I have no complaints. The AC worked, fridge and microwave worked, hot running water, and the bed appeared clean with no lingering smells, the basics, the necessities. What more can you ask for when you just need a place to lay your head. 」

「Carla, at the front desk, who gave us a ride to the airport was wonderful. Its a basic economy hotel. That should explain everything else 」

「The hotel is the USA, Royal, and Budget hotel in alcoa. They are all listed separately, but are the same hotel. The place wasn't clean. It didn't have a microwave. If your there to go to the airport, it would be ok. Very loud with planes flying right over the hotel.」
