"This is a lovely place to stay and the staff are helpful and friendly. I wish the room had a place to sit other than on the bed. Otherwise, a great stay."

"Two night stay. There were five adults of which 3 were seniors. We only used the beds, Kurig machine and WiFi. All of these were as advertised and we had no issues.Neighborhood is convienient for anything in or near Topeka. It is also a quiet established neighborhood."

"We loved our stay here. We had two families and it was the perfect amount of room. The house was clean, stocked with necessities, and the host was prompt with all communication. We will definitely use this place again. "

"Host did a great job preparing the home for my family's stay. Place was clean and ready when we arrived. Host was responsive to any of our needs. The waiting snacks were a nice touch after being on the road a long time. Beds were comfortable - much better than any hotel. Only minor complaint my family had was the bathroom vanity was too tall for my 8 and 6 year old and there was no step stool. We used a wooden bench from living room and it all worked out. Also the 1 car garage wasn't wide enough for my truck, but not a big deal."
