"Brandie is an awesome host. She sent the super easy check in and access process via email ahead of our stay. Having the address, door code and parking information made for a smooth arrival for all of us coming from different locations. The house has large bedrooms so everyone could spread out in their own space and come together in the living room to share meals and laughs. We were visiting family on opposite sides of Topeka so the central location of this home made for quick access to get across town. Brandie makes so many amenities available and thinks of everything to make our stay comfortable and fun. Two thumbs up!"

"We enjoyed our visit to this VRBO location.Only minor issues which the owners may not be aware of is that the A/C unit could not keep the house cool during the afternoon and early evenings. But it was in the mid 90's with high humidity.And the Ice Machine in the refrigerator was not working. But the Freezer had plenty of space for bags of Ice.This was the 2nd time we have used this VRBO location, and we would stay at this location again in the future."

"We had a great stay! The house has been beautifully remodeled and was very clean. Great communication with the hosts. One thing to keep in mind for future guests is two of the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor and the staircase to that floor is rather steep. It wasn't an issue as our kids slept up there and my husband and I in our 40's went up multiple times with no issues, just something to keep in mind depending on the age and mobility of the guests in your party. We had a great stay and would definitely book again!"
