“The property was very well stocked: pots, pans, cutlery, wall plug adapter, umbrellas, toothbrushes, toothpaste and more. The only downside is that the floors do creak, so you hear the people above you. With that said, everyone seems to adhere to the 10pm quiet time so it was not much of a problem. I did not see a parking space so if you’re renting a car I would look further into that. Aside from that, no issues. Very close to the train station for transportation. ”

“Die Wohnung war super schön, groß und ordentlich. Einziges Manko, die Beleuchtung war ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig dunkel in dem Essbereich/Arbeitszimmer. Meine Fragen wurden super beantwortet, alle sehr nett. ”

“Sehr gute Lage, schwierige Parksituation, alles okay aber sehr unpersönlich. Der Vermieter wusste erst kurzfristig, in welcher Wohnung ich genau untergebracht bin, da er einige in zwei Adressen verteilt vermietet. Da man mitten im Ausgehviertel liegt, konnte man nur bei geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen.”

“Apartment was very nice. It was easy to find and the host, Dimi, was very fast with answers to any and all question. It is a bare-bones apartment, but that is exactly what we were paying for. It has all the bedding and utensils you will need; but no items like soap or coffee. It is close to several restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. It is a few blocks to the train station and 2 blocks to a tram stop. It is an excellent apartment. I would stay here again.”

“Lovely apt in a very quiet area. I personally liked the fact that is comfortable for a small family or group of friends, clean and well located if you want to be outside the buzz area. Note that the apt is on 3rd floor by stairs (no elevator) and you can park the car in the street ( it is free after 8PM). The staff is warm and helpful and they quickly respond to any inquiry. I would highly recommend you consider this place in your next stop in Zurich. ”
