"We absolutely loved our stay! The location was fantastic—we really enjoyed being right by the Ala Wai Canal. We also loved how close it was to a 7-Eleven and a great food truck spot, which made grabbing snacks and meals super convenient. We hadn’t realized there would be several parades and local events during our visit, which caused some road closures and traffic, but this property’s location made it easy for us to get in and out without any issues. Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort

2/10 Terrible

"When my wife and I first arrived and got the ok to go to our room, we went up and the room was still used from the people before us. We had to wait and pay more for a new room. The staff treated us poorly and we felt uncomfortable during our stay. It wasn't the way we had imagined."

"The hotel is a 5 minute walk to Waikiki beach and to the strip of restaurants and shops. It’s very convenient. There aren’t hotel provided activities like surrounding hotels. Hotel staff is nice, the room is clean and the breakfast is decent with many options. There was a lot of city noise throughout the day and more noticeable in the early mornings- police sirens, work vehicles, machinery, beeping, horns, etc. We upgraded to the Mountain View room that was primarily overlooking a residential and commercial buildings and only about 20% of a Mountain View. That was a disappointment. Overall it was a good choice."

"The long windy sandy beaches that were so fun and attractive in previous years are no longer there. If you want to walk out the door to relax on the beach you have to go a long way away and fight for space with the general public. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Good location to access the numerous shopping opportunities, and good food."
