"Only one eye work the TV Remote didn’t work in my key card went out"

"Not easy to access, the hotel or the rooms. Dogs barking constantly, very loud in general. No sound proofing at all."

"There was blood all on my sheets, sunflower seeds all over the floor, feces in the toilet, and the shower was filthy. When I went to report this to the staff they canceled my reservation and told me to find somewhere else to stay, and refused to refund me for the 2 rooms I paid for to stay in for 2 nights."

"Front staff were very helpful. Restaurant staff were not very friendly and it would have been helpful to at least offer coffee in the lobby that was included in the cost of the room. Overall though was an excellent location for the concert we attended."

Communication was quick, clear, and efficient—messages were answered promptly, often within minutes, and all instructions for check-in and check-out were straightforward and easy to follow. That level of responsiveness made the entire process stress-free, especially when coordinating arrival times.The property itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings and all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. The kitchen was stocked with essentials, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. One practical note for future guests: parking is somewhat limited, so larger groups with multiple vehicles may need to plan accordingly.Overall, this rental is a great option for anyone visiting the Wake Forest area.
