“The view of the beach, ocean and pool, from our room, was wonderful! Check in is simple. Breakfast options are basic, however, appreciated; waffles, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, prepackaged pastry. Coffee machine has several great options! The hotel and rooms are clean. Having a refrigerator and 2 burner cook-top is great. Grocery store and restaurants are close by. There is a group of us that have stayed here a few times and have always had a wonderful time. We will continue to stay here as long……

“Access to the beach was great. Continental Breakfast was extended to 9:30 which was good for late risers and busy mornings. Parking was simple and right up front. Good stay overall.”

“My daughter and I had a girls weekend to go to the NCA competitions. The place itself was decent and clean. Although it is on the older side it was kept up. I know with the sea air it is hard to upkeep. The condo itself was ok. It was clean, decently decorated, and was stocked with necessities. My largest issue and struggle was the front door had one lock and it was a keyed lock, no way to dead bolt from the inside. Being it was just my daughter and myself I had no way of knowing who has a key……

“We wanted an affordable place to stay a few days on the beach with our kids before going to Disney and this place was perfect!! We don’t need all the frills, we just want a clean place to sleep. It was affordable and clean. The beds were comfortable. AC worked well. It is an older building, but the rooms were spacious enough and we loved having a full refrigerator and small kitchen so we were able to pick up sandwich supplies and other lunch options for the room, it had a large walkin tiled……

“The room was nice. Clean. It was quiet. There was no internet connection in the room. The TV did not work. There is very limited parking. You have to double park, taking a risk of being disturbed to move your vehicle.”

“dresser broken, room not very clean, dropped key behind desk, moved desk to retrieve key card and do not think it has been thoroughly cleaned in years. only 2 small elevators for 10 floors of people, only enough parking for 1/2-3/4 of the guests staying at hotel, so don’t drive to dinner or you will not have a spot and have to run through the pouring rain across a busy road with kids in the middle of Daytona. nice view, decent breakfast(great for kids), nice pool (also great for kids.) good……
