Good location and comfortable hotel.

Located just outside Fort Augustus the hotel was easy to find and comfortable. The room was large and had views of the Loch which was lovely to wake up to. The breakfast was high quality and delicious. The hotels location makes it easy to access many of the attraction in the area.

This hotel, though small, holds a rustic grandeur that encourages a long happy stay. Though my own stay was short (only 2 nights), I was able to explore the lucious ground and glenway trail that is connected to the hotel. As well as the friendly and helpful staff. The bar and restaurant were superb. Accommodations were alightly dated but held a rustic charm.

This was a lovely place to stay near Loch Ness, with a view of the loch from our room. Service was very good, with attentive and kind staff. Food offerings were varied, and what we ate was wonderful. It seemed like the bathroom had been updated fairly recently, but the room could have used some new paint and carpet. Overall a great little place to stay
