“Not very clean, old looking could definitely use an upgrade. Staff wasn’t very friendly at check in. Not many TV channels can’t even get local. Dog crap on all the green space so obviously no one cares. The breakfast area looked ok”

“The breakfast was great and the staff was nice, although the check-in time was a little long and a $300 deposit was required. It was a bit much, but understandable! It was to prevent people from smoking and bringing pets into the room. The room was a bit old, but some of the facilities in the room were upgraded and it was still very convenient to use.”

“For the price this day was a great value. Common areas and amenities were very bright and inviting. Room was clean which is all you can ask for. The Tesla / electric vehicle charging was a huge bonus and one of the reasons why we stayed there to begin with. Some things they can work on is updating rooms as we stayed in an older room compared to the newly renovated common areas. Breakfast needs to be worked on needs more options. Overall great place to stay at.”

“I stayed overnight and had a wonderful experience. The hotel truly deserves a 5-star review, everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The only small suggestion would be to add some fresh fruit to the breakfast options, but overall it was a fantastic stay. I would definitely recommend it! Luiz”

“Our bathroom was not great. A couple long black hairs in the tub. The front of the tub was rusted. The bathroom did NOT look fresh and clean. Room #247. The beds and pillows were clean and comfy. The price was good. ”

“We had an overall terrible experience here. At check in they “didn’t have our room available” a suite as we anre a family of 6 and blamed it on me booking through Expedia. They accommodated us with 2 double queens that we were told were adjoining which did we’re not adjoining, the staff got super short with us and rude when we brought it up. One of our rooms was not properly cleaned, personal belonging and trash under the edges of the bed. We were then told there weren’t anymore rooms next to……

“There was hair (not from a persons head) all over the floor, toilet and tub. We were given a rags and spray to clean it up ourselves as there was no staff to clean it. We were suppose to receive a credit and never did because we “booked through a third party”. Next, the gal who was handling breakfast was very argumentative. My husband had the door open to the milk fridge and she told him he needed to shut it. He stated that he would as soon as he was done and she proceeded to tell him that……
