Great location, nice room, and easy checkin/check out. This was a great place to stay while visiting my daughter at CSU. Perfect location with easy access to campus and Fort Collins old town. The host was very responsive and flexible. Thanks for a great trip!

Great little place for a night away! Super cute & updated - my bf even said "I feel like we are in New York"! Bed was comfy. Walking distance to downtown & The Lincoln Center.

The only issue I had was with the parking. It is advertised that there is free parking but that is not exactly true. They direct you to a target parking lot a couple of blocks away. We attempted to park there but once we pulled in there were several groups of homeless people blocking each of the stairwells to exit the parking garage. We got an eerie feeling and did not park there as it did it seem safe for us to walk out let alone leave our car. This should not be advertised as having parking as that is very misleading.

Lovely spot in a lovely city
Lovely room, great location, good price My only suggestion is to explain how to use the door locks in your communications. It took me a while to figure it out and I had to show others, it is not intuitive.

When a listing says there is onsite parking, I expect the parking to be on the property and not 2 blocks away. I was very disappointing to find we had to park at Target. Other than that, the unit itself was excellent.

Nice room for the price. Bathroom was sufficient as well since there was a wet bar and fridge in the room. Great location, within walking distance to lots of restaurants and entertainment.

Very clean and convenient for CSU and lots of eating and drinking options. Lively neighborhood. I would recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper especially at weekends. I found the parking awkward - the free parking is the basement to a local Target store that is 2 blocks away. The dropoff at the flats was taken up by parked vehicles when I arrived so I had to drag a lot of luggage from the parking lot. It's not clear on the Expedia listing where the parking is actually located. I probably would have stayed elsewhere. Otherwise very clean and comfortable studio that is recently modernised to a high standard.

Really nice place, great location
The unit is very cute and the location is PERFECT. My only note would be that there is a lot of electronic noise, woke me up a lot. Not sure if it was the fridge, the AC, or both.

It’s clean, comfortable and very convenient walk to Colorado State campus. I appreciate the little fridge, coffeemaker and microwave as well as the coffee, cream, etc. Suggestions: Cups for the coffeemaker are too big and there is no cutlery, plates or anything of that nature. Also I saw in the review that there were welcome cookies and there were none when I arrived :( Also there seems to be construction around the outside so couldn’t really access the outside space. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Awesome location! Overall property is wonderful. Few minor things for the owner to improve on: Wifi provided never worked during our stay. Fridge needs thawed out and reset as it never got lower than 50 degrees our stay and ruined our food. Utensils would be nice for “full kitchen”. Would recommend staying overall.

Perfect location to explore Fort Collins
The Flats made the perfect central location to get around and explore Fort Collins. We could walk to everything easily and left our car in the free driveway parking they provided. The unit itself was comfortable and clean and worked well for a couple. The bed in particular was soft and inviting after a long day of exploring town. Check in went smoothly and we had great communication from our host. The only thing I didn’t like was that the windows in our second story unit were screwed closed, meaning there was no access to fresh air. The unit smelled a little like someone trying to cover up cigarette smoke, and there was no way to air it out.

This by far was one of my favortie places that me and my fiance have ever stayed at! I was clean and well organized. Everything also looked newly remodled and modern. The bed was also incredibly comfortable!
