Close to beach

We loved this place. Literally 200 yards to beach sand. Close to restaurants too. We have a family of four and there was more than enough space for even two more easily. We enjoyed the outdoor space too. Only complaint, the chairs on deck were not very comfortable. We will definitely return.

Beach Getaway for Wedding

Stayed at a local house by the Beach. Location was good and easy to get access to Beach and other locations. House was on for our needs but had a few issues that made it uncomfortable at times.- A/C would not work and kick on - House temp got up to 80 and we could not cool it down. Since FLA is very humid this made the stay uncomfortable.- One towel per person and no washclothes.!! Towels do not dry in FLA, so extra towels would be a must.- Shower temo does not get hot - I guess in FLA that is the norm but plan accordingly.- Water bugs in the house!Overall not bad for the price.

Not bad for last minute vacation

The place was nice but the AC in one of the rooms was not working. I let management know but they didn't do anything about it just told me they would evaluate the issue and see what next steps they would take.We stayed there for 7 days and they only provided trash bags for 3 days worth.The beds where hard to sleep on and very noisey .Some of the furniture pillows had stains and we found a few damaged things in the house and the water only came out hot in the showers and no where does it mention this property is attached to another property.so you do have to share spaces and parking.However we loved that the beach is only 2min walking distance and stores and restaurants are super close by.

Not a 5 star experience

Communication was pretty good. The house to me wasn't as clean as I thought it could be. The air ducts were filled with lint. They don't have beach chairs chairs, no extra blankets, not enough coffee cups the garbage was really small. The washer and dryer didn't work right. I don't think it was worth the price we paid, just my opinion.
