"When we arrived we were told to move our vehicle across the street to the parking garage and could not get luggage out first. Absolutely no help with getting luggage to the reception desk, no signs on what elevator to take, an absolute cluster. The couch in the room was worn/torn, s stain on the comforter in the bedroom. Shower very grungy. In the stairwell they have the floor number written on the wall with a marker that looks like a 1st grader wrote. I didn't use any amenities and didn't even use the shower and left the next morning."
