The house is exactly how it looks on the picture. We all loved the stay it was very clean and comfortable. The host is very responsive and understanding. I have zero complaints this was a job well done.

Simply perfect

We booked this property last minute and could not have been more pleased. The pictures look nice but it’s hard to tell what to expect. Expect simple, unique, clean, fun and absolutely worthwhile.. The house is spacious and has beautiful fun elements. The location is perfect as it sits between ft lauderdale and Miami. The hosts were gracious and responsive. I’d recommend this property against and again.

Great Stay!

My friends and I rented the house for our spring break, and we had a very enjoyable week. The house was in a great location, being only a 10-minute drive to Hollywood Beach and a 25-minute drive to Fort Lauderdale. We parked in the Margaritaville parking garage, located right on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, which was only 3/hour. The neighborhood itself was great, as we felt safe all week. Additionally, it was within walking distance to downtown Hollywood which had many restaurants and bars. We were able to experience the St. Patrick's Day festival there which was so fun! In terms of the house, it was perfect for us. The pool, although a little different than the photos (different daybed and furniture), was great and we also enjoyed using the pool table inside. We spent most of our days at the beach but cooked at the house almost every night. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and there was enough seating at the table for all 14 of us to eat together. One tricky part was trying to navigate having only two bathrooms for 14 college girls to get ready. However, we knew this going into the trip and were able to manage as the bathrooms both had plenty of cabinets and shelves to put everything on. Overall, we had a great stay and I would recommend the house to those who are looking for a place to stay with a large group!

Needs new photos

The pictures do not match the listing. The couches are different, pool furniture different, pool table different and not in a good way. The pool was valved out and not recirculating. They had the pool fixed the next morning but it was too late to matter. Also the AC on one side of the house wasn’t working and management didn’t seem concerned with it. For how much we paid for one night it was extremely disappointing. Also it definitely cannot fit 4 cars, more like barely two.Lastly we had 30 minutes to check out and were preparing to leave when someone pulled in blocking the cars in and making it difficult to leave and awkward while they stared at us while we left. Cameras are everywhere there is no privacy. Do not trust this listing. It has a great amount of beds but the pictures are kind of a catfish.

Not as described on the listing. Different living room furniture, much older, dirtier and more used than in the pictures. Different pool table, a smaller/different one than shown. Only one bathroom had hot water, took 2 days for someone to reset the water heater after 5 different requests. Requests seemed to go to someone different each time and after asking to be notified, we were not notified when someone did show up. The one bathroom that did have hot water had a sliding door that did not close so the master bedroom was unavailable when in use. Press on gems and ribbons were leftover from previous guests. Outside was not cleaned, we found broken plastic cup pieces, cigarette butts, and used pressed on nails everywhere. All outdoor furniture was different than the pictures, most of it was broken/old. No volleyball court, no swinging chair, only 2 loungers, not the 7 as described. No fans in the bedrooms as shown in the pictures. Not sure if this place was staged for the listing but it needs to be updated.

Nice house, little upgrades would help

The house was nice, however, there were things here and there that would have made it better. There were 12 girls staying there and no mirrors. One small mirror in each bathroom but that’s it. We got ready with the reflection of the windows. Also not enough towels. As soon as we showered we would have to wash them and dry them bc there was not enough to spare. The pool was nice, but water was murky and green in color. The surrounding area by the pool could use some maintenance and cleaning. Bath mats by the showers would help, bc the floors are super slippery. The floors were also dirty, if we walked barefoot our feet would turn black. It’s nice that the beach and airport are close, but the surrounding area is not the best and didn’t feel super safe.
