- Bright and modern one bedroom retreat in a boutique quadplex on Middle River Drive in East Fort Lauderdale. Enjoy a stylish open living space, fully stocked kitchen, comfy queen bed, and in unit washer and dryer. Private, fenced outdoor patio with seating and cafe lights. About one mile to the beach with beach chairs and gear provided. Relax by the beautifully renovated shared heated pool with comfortable loungers and tropical landscaping. Quiet neighborhood minutes to the Beach and Las Olas.

Wifi included in every unit. The layout of this studio unit features a very modern European kitchen, bathroom and amenities for the comfort of the tenant. Fully furnished with washer and dryer. Unit #1 is a beautiful 500 square foot Studio. Available for nightly/weekly short term stays.
Other things to note
This is a ground level unit in a four-unit building. Pool is heated to 83 degrees. Florida is a tropical environment, and occasional insects or bugs may be present despite regular pest control. The pool is shared with other guests and is not private. Quiet hours apply in the evenings out of respect for neighbors. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit.

March 2026 - Great VRBO! The location was excellent with easy access to Fort Lauderdale beach! Highly recommend parking at the Hugh Taylor Birch Start Park to enjoy your beach day, low cost and easy access. The beach chairs and towels provided were a GREAT bonus, thanks Derek!! Derek was very responsive and great to work with! The place was cute, clean, quiet, and the pool looked very inviting. There is a grocery store, Target, and restaurants all within walking distance. We will most definitely stay here again on our return trip next year!

The host was very attentive. My daughter and I stayed at Coral Ridge for a week long mother/ daughter getaway . We couldn’t have picked a better place! Easily 10/10 So close to everything, we easily walked to Trader Joes, Walgreens and to Shooters on the Water for dinner. The room was very well appointed. Had everything we could need, and more. My absolute favourite part was the new pool!Truly a private tropical oasis 5 feet from your door. We spent hours soaking up the sun.We’ll definitely be back.
