Welcome to our apartment complex in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, perfect for big groups looking to make the most of their getaway. With six private studio apartments, eight spacious bedrooms, and six and a half bathrooms, this elegant retreat accommodates up to 19 guests, offering the ideal space and style for an unforgettable vacation experience.

The Space

Apartment 1:
Inside, you'll find a warm and comfortable living room with a plush grey sofa and an inviting yellow armchair, bathed in the soft glow of a floor lamp. Entertainment options are plentiful with a Roku TV, perfect for cozy movie nights.

Continuing through the apartment, you'll discover a stylish brown circular dining table that seats four guests. It's a wonderful spot for sharing meals, whether it's a quick breakfast or a leisurely dinner.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite dishes. The brown kitchen cabinetry adds a touch of warmth to the space, making it a delightful place to whip up a home-cooked meal.

The first bedroom, located adjacent to the kitchen, boasts a queen-sized bed for a restful night's sleep. It's also equipped with a Roku TV, a ceiling fan for climate control, a full-length mirror, and ample storage space for your belongings, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible.

In the hallway, you'll find a full bathroom featuring a shower and toilet, making it easy to freshen up after a day of exploring our beautiful surroundings.

The second bedroom, adjacent to the living room, also features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a Roku TV for entertainment, a ceiling fan for added comfort, and storage room for all your travel essentials.

Studio 2:
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an inviting open-concept floor plan that seamlessly combines the bedroom, dining, and kitchen areas. The tasteful interior design and modern furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation or entertaining.

A comfortable queen-sized bed invites you to unwind, and there's ample storage space to keep your belongings organized during your stay. Kick back on the plush grey sofa, enjoy the gentle breeze from the ceiling fan, and catch your favorite shows on the Roku TV.

On the opposite side of the studio, you'll discover a pristine white rectangular dining table that accommodates up to four guests. Share delicious meals or engage in lively conversation in this cozy dining area.

Adjacent to the dining space, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, complete with an electric range and all the essentials you need to whip up your favorite dishes. The sleek grey cabinetry adds a modern touch to this culinary haven.

To the right of the main entrance, you'll find the full bathroom, designed for your convenience. It features a sleek frameless shower for a refreshing start to your day and a toilet for your privacy.

Apartment 6:
Step inside, and to your left, the spacious living room awaits, complete with a versatile grey sectional sofa that easily converts into a sofa bed to accommodate an additional guest. Enjoy your favorite shows or movies on the Roku TV, bask in a gentle breeze from the ceiling fan, and make those final outfit checks with the full-length mirror.

To the right, a top-notch kitchen stands ready to elevate your culinary endeavors. With high-end appliances, including an electric range and dishwasher, and warm brown cabinetry, it's a true chef's haven. Adjacent to the kitchen, an inviting oval-shaped white dining table seats six, providing the perfect spot for shared meals and lasting memories.

The first bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, featuring a queen-sized bed, a Roku TV, ample storage space for your belongings, and a ceiling fan to ensure a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom is designed with family or group stays in mind, offering three twin-sized beds, a Roku TV, and a closet to keep things organized.

In between these two bedrooms, you'll discover a spacious full bathroom with a double vanity sink and a frameless shower, providing a touch of luxury to your daily routine. Additionally, there's a convenient half bathroom in the hallway for added comfort during your stay.

The Neighborhood

Spacious studio apartment complex located in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale. This central location is near everything you'll want to see when visiting Fort Lauderdale--the beach, bars, dining, shopping, and art!

Las Olas is only a ten-minute drive away. Find unique architecture, exclusive boutiques, eclectic restaurants and bars, and just about everything else on Las Olas Boulevard (Spanish for “the waves”)! Take East Las Olas Boulevard down for just under 5 miles to reach the beach! One of the biggest draws of Ft. Lauderdale is, of course, it's stunning beaches. Little compares to the sugar-sand and the shade of blue in the south Florida Atlantic ocean. Two of the perennial favorites beaches here are the Fort Lauderdale Beach Park and Las Olas Beach. Both offer easy access to not just beach amenities, but also food and drink from the nearby restaurants.

House Rules

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.

Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Pet Policy:

This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $75, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Internet/Cable:

The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
Copyright Infringement:

Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.

Privacy:

This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

Starter Supplies
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.
