Great stay over NYE 2025

Beautiful property. Close to beach, great rooftop pool and views. Room was modern and clean. Towels and chair service was a nice addition. I would recommend for families or any age.

Great place. Could use better cleaning

The place is fabulous. But range top did not work. No one came to work while there even though requested. Floor wax dirty. Also no dish cloths or dish towels. Only a 5 cup coffee maker. Only a 700 watt microwave . For such a great condo you would think those would be nicer. But again the place was fabulous to stay in. Beautiful condo in a great location. Pool was phenomenal.

We had a good time there plenty of room. We were disappointed that there were only a small amount of towels for us and was told there was a washer and dryer but there wasn't. The stove only worked with the right pot's and pans but only had one small frying pan that worked. The sauce pan they provided would not work on that type of stove. There were no kitchen towels and only one roll of paper towels. No hot pads to get anything hot out of the oven. There was a dishwasher but no soap and there were no extra trash bags. Each bathroom had only one roll of toilet paper for six people and nine days. We had to buy all supplies ourselves. Great places to eat on the Broadwalk but we intended to save money eating in a few meals in but were unable to because there no kitchen accommodations. Other than that we had a great trip.

Floors were very dirty. Linens were stained. Furniture dusty. Overall kitchen was fine. Stove didn’t work. Master bath shower backed up and flooded. Patio does not match pictures. Only 4 chairs, cornhole boards broken. Floor of patio very dirty. Customer service was great in helping with issues.

Great location

This was our second stay at this property. The rooftop pool with bar and hot tub is great, with the location right off the Broadwalk being prime. We will definitely return as it’s great for both families or people on a grownups vacation :) My only complaint, is this was now the 2nd stay here where my unit was missing basic amenities such to make the kitchen functional. Both stays we did not have things like towels, oven mitts, pots or enough utensils to accommodate all guests. On both stays, the management rectified the situation promptly, which was great, but StaySol may want to review units upon check out to ensure adequate supply.

Winter break trip

We really enjoyed our stay at Hollywood beach. The condos location was wonderful short walk to the boardwalk. Close to great restaurants. The beach chairs were Great to have included for the stay. There were a few issues that were quickly handled and resolved. Property manager was easily reachable.

Just like pictured!

Beautiful very very spacious condo actually sleeps 8 (including the pullout). Both bedrooms were very big, big kitchen, big living area, bathrooms and patio were huge! Everything was very clean - the condo and building. Rooftop pool was amazing! This property is about a block from the beach so it’s not ON the beach. Cons - there was zero communication - I asked several questions while we were there and got nonsensical computer generated answers. Other than that it was a super nice stay!
