I received multiple emails about the rules to follow here. I agreed everything as we were staying for a business trip. Upon arrival the first person we saw as we exited the Uber was a sex worker. We then noticed trash all over the driveway and surrounding areas. Walking into the house there were fingerprints, dirt, scratches, bugs and who knows what else on the walls. The bathroom was disgusting, stains on the toilet paper. The bed sheets had stains, hair and were weirdly damp. I’ve notified the owner of these issues with no response. We left and went to Ft Lauderdale to a hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Keep looking…this isn’t it.

Less than attractive area. Outside yard and entertaining space not as pictured, not well maintained. Cleaning fee not actually used for cleaning, as evidenced by numerous dirty socks left in bathroom, a used bar of soap ( hair stuck to it) and still wet bath scrubby in shower/bathroom that is smaller than most RV bathrooms. Towels and pillows worn and stained. Don’t let the attractively furnished living room fool you like it did me. At this price point, the owner has work to do to, which I communicated diplomatically when requesting a refund as we didn’t stay for our second night. He refused. I’m out 400 including the fees.
