"When checking in, I was helped by Nichole. I'll be honest, she set the tone for my stay at the hotel. Nichole was pleasent, knowledgeable, and most of all she made me feel welcomed. Maybe she's the reason that it didn't bother me that of the two elevators closest to the lobby, there was only one elevator working. The breakfast was good and the staff was also friendly. My room (King bed with balcony) was clean and the hit water was quick in arriving for my showers. I had a question for the cleaning staff and they were extremely accommodating and handled it ASAP. The only reason I gave a 4 Star was because of the elevator. They did have three working elevators on the other side of the lobby, but the one that most new guests use the two closest to the lobby. I had a very positive stay and would stay there again without hesitation."

"Hotel close to the beach, but the beds are very small, barely fit 2 people. My wife has bug bed bite all over her legs. I read the reviews and someone else also have bug bed bite so look out. Don't Stay here. None of the USB charging are working. The Safe is not working. The Iron is not working. Only one elevator is working. I will never ever come back to this hotel again. They also charged $50 for checking in early."

"The smoking area was pitiful, I met at least 30 different smokers and everyone was unhappy, especially the lock out after 8pm. We had to go to the front of the property to stand in the rain and be accosted by homeless people. Not comfortable! Smoking should be allowed on the balkonies, as long as we clean up after ourselves. Would not recommend."

"It was a beautiful resort and the kids had a blast. The food at the restaurant was mediocre and overly priced but everything else was good."

"This resort was outstanding, if you’re looking for a luxury resort in Fort Lauderdale this is the place to be. The staff is fantastic, very polite, polished, and professional from the moment you arrive. Such a wonderful experience staying here, the room and amenities are just luxurious. Needless to say, the beautiful rooftop bar was marvellous and very upscale."

"The staff at the Beach House were super amicable and helpful. The amenities were superb as well (they provide beach bench and umbrella, but you have to be out there early). The pool area is also nice, it just gets very busy, so you should be patient when you order drinks or food. The only thing that bothered me was the valet. Besides having to pay $61.50+ tax every day, they took over 30 minutes to bring out the car even if you call ahead of time. Besides the valet parking, the hotel was in perfect location if you’re looking to be in-front of the beach! P.S. I highly recommend Erika at the Spa if you’re looking for a relaxed massage!!"

"Hotels.com indicated this hotel can sleep five people and allowed us to book five people. This is not so. There is no room at this hotel that will sleep five. Luckily, we are normal sized humans and were able to sleep three in the king bed and two in the pull out."
