Perfect for my wife and me!!

Can’t wait to go back. If the price is similar next year we will most likely choose it again! Love the balcony for morning ☕️or nightcap 🍷. Love the rooftop experience as well as the closeness to boardwalk and beach!

bad check in experience

The StaySol check form email was not clear enough in regards to having it done ahead of time. They said to have it done to avoid delays. It should have said this is mandatory to have filled out or you will not be able to check in. We thought this form was to invasive in confirming that we had paid, and thought checking in personally would be a better idea. Big mistake as it was extremely stressful and took 45 minutes to verify who we were. After we got through that bad experience, we totally enjoyed ourselves and found the rest of the facilities very nice.

Mixed feelings

Property very nice, just as described. Room was not ready upon arrival (not yet cleaned from previous renter.) Evening plans cancelled. 24 hours later we were in our "ocean view" room. Would not recommend this particular owner.

Perfect Hollywood Beach Location

Loved this condo/suite. Great location. Was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen stuff except for the refrigerator and freezer but it appeared to be well stocked with pots/pans and dishes. It’s actually inside a hotel resort which is where you check in. Check in was a breeze. Everyone was very nice. We arrived late morning and they held our luggage at the front desk until our room was ready. You can use the pool while they are getting your room ready or hit the beach. Stay Sol was very good about answering all my inquiries via email. Their response was always almost immediate. The hotel does provide pool/beach towels. You just have to ask for them at the front desk. It’s part of the daily amenities fee. Will definitely stay here again and book with Stay Sol.

Great stay on the beach!

Room was very spacious, loved the little kitchen area! Everything was clean and appreciated the kitchenware/utensils and large refrigerator! There is no shop in the hotel, and they would not provide water, masks, bandaids, etc. Overall good customer service, but I asked for an extra blanket and sheets for the sofa bed (because the sheets had a stain) and waited an hour before asking again, they ended up bringing extra sheets but no blanket. The rooftop area is beautiful and had a fantastic atmosphere, very nice bar, pool, lounge area! Would stay again!
