"The staff are professional, helpful, and friendly, the rooms are very clean. Disappointed with the amenities for the price I paid. Also, did not have a shuttle to the cruise port which was misleading when sold to me."

"Pros - Rooms were spacious and clean, beds comfy, staff was wonderful and tentative. Beach service was nice-paid parking lot relatively close, or valet available, pool warm, beach close walking distance, showers clean and had full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Front desk had box fans available for fan sleepers :) Cons- no microwave, mini fridge was definitely mini compared to most basic hotel mini fridges. mirrors were VERY limited. This was a struggle with 3 women getting ready. No body length mirror either, Had to stand on the bed to get a look at your outfit. Balconies not private and the partial ocean view was disappointing. If we moved our chairs to view the ocean we were looking right at our neighbors( all of them, the whole length of resort) and couldn't see the ocean unless standing. If we looked straight ahead we had a great view of the roof. If you want true ocean view, pay the extra. Over all great hotel for simple relaxing vacation. Not close walking distance to things. Pompano Area not a ton of things to do for family. About 25 ish drive to fort Lauderdale and we drove hr to Miami to keep teenage kids entertained. "

"The breakfast was nice. Some staff could be nicer, smile a little more. The hotel could use some professional maintenance. Overa ot was good though."

Overall, everything about my stay was simply outstanding, and I would definitely be back for future visits. "The seating outside was wonderful, they provide 2 complementary chairs on the beach. However, I did not know that a big music event would be set up while we were there last weekend. The noise on the beach made it unbearable. However, we found a pool on the second floor that was relatively empty, and private, and wonderful. It really made our stay worthwhile. There was a problem with one of the mattresses, however, they promptly replaced it! That was really nice. "
