Good,Comfortable Stay for the Money

The location of this property is fantastic. It is an easy walk from Wilton Drive, with all its bars, shops, and restaurants. The size of the apartment is very good. Both bedrooms are big enough for 2 people each; however, it was just me and my partner for this trip. There are minor things that need to be refreshed, but overall it is a nice, comfortable stay for the money. It was very quiet as well.

Grew location and Set up but some disappointments

Two of us stayed for the week. The place is in great location if you enjoy Wilton manors. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. The cleanliness was not the best. The kitchen bathroom sink and shower were clean the floors were not. The bathmat was dirty after one use from the floor. They provided just two bath towels and the two hand towels. (We were there for a week)One bedroom did not have a switch for the ceiling light and fan. It was not until several days did I realize it was on a cord just below the tv about two feet above the floor. It could be a really nice place to stay if they did not cut corners.

Property was not well maintained,faucet was damaged,Cabinets were damaged,Tub was damaged and the stove was not working,Entry doors were not installed with double locks,lavatory sink was clogged,entry doors was not cleaned of spiders webs ,I’m going to report this to the better business department
