Avoid this property, 1st of all reached out through Expedia a week before my stay to get check in details , didn’t hear anything back had to call once we arrived at the airport and received a code , drove to the location to find the road closed to the property and surrounding streets being tow away zones and paid parking, I booked the property because of free on site parking , had to park 4 blocks away at an hourly meter spot at $5 an hour , walked with suitcases which was a struggle for my partner as she has nerve damage in her leg , got to the door and code wouldn’t work, called them back and told them why wasn’t there any sort of communication that there wouldn’t be no access to the property and also couldn’t get in, I told them that’s the reason why I booked because of my partners condition plus I didn’t budget to pay an hourly rate to park 4 blocks away, I said this is not acceptable and wasn’t going to work with my partners condition ! The rep told me give me your license plate number and car number and they would contact the city and would pay the parking , so what was I gonna do trust them to do that or risk them not doing it and risking the rental getting towed for more expense to me ! she told me she’ll have a member of management reach out to me within a couple of minutes and we waited 30 minutes didn’t hear anything back and proceeded to book somewhere else! 3 weeks later no email response to the one I sent once I got home and still no call ! Book elsewhere
