Family Thanksgiving

This property was perfect for our extended family to all be together. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and so much fun for the kids outside. The property management was very helpful and easy to contact.

Nice place

The house was very nice and clean. The outside areas need to be cleaned up a little. I know that it’s not easy to do in Florida and keep up with. But it was fine.

Outstanding for families with children

We were having a family vacation with four families and five small children aging from 1 to 6. This place is perfect for such a group! It was like living in a park or spa, with a big space to run around, nice pool, playground, sand box, basketball ping pong, mini-golf, all without leaving the yard. THe kids literally played all day together. We slogged 30 minutes to the beach one day, but literally hung out at home most other days. There was no reason to go anywhere else. They all had a blast

Nice accommodation for a large group

This property is located in a very quiet and conveniently situated residential neighborhood, and so suited our extended family group as a base for activities in the Ft. Lauderdale area. Gas, grocery, and other essential services are not far away. The heated pool and other on site activity options, on site laundry, and ample parking were highlights. Many other large group properties we searched offered adequate sleeping space, but limited bathroom and common space - at this location, we found room to cook, dine, and hang out together. Prompt and efficient Host responses were appreciated, and is always an important part of any rental experience.

Concert in Miami

We had 2 families staying together so we could take our kids to a concert! This property was perfect for what we needed! The house has more than enough rooms, with different layouts in each. It also has a guest house which provides a little more privacy if needed. The yard had a ton of stuff to keep the kids busy! Games, golf, pool, basketball and more! The location was ideal. Was 20 minutes to the Hard rock Stadium and also not far off the highway! Lots of food options nearby and most of all this neighborhood was quiet and very safe! Would definitely recommend!

Awful communication

The night we arrived at the house a water pump went out and we had no running water for 16 hours. I called the number provided for the “host” however, a customer service rep answered. I explained that we had kids & seniors and no running water. We were unable to use the toilet, shower, nothing! I was told the earliest they could send someone out was in the morning but could not give an eta. I called back several times the next morning with no answer. When I finally reached another customer service person I asked to have a manager call me as this was an emergency. I was told an area manager would be returning my call however, never received a call. We had this trip planned for months and were very disappointed! I expected much better service from a “luxury” rental.
