Nestled on the 5th floor, it boasts an oversized balcony with direct access to the residence pool. But that's not all – it's also a charming corner unit. Your unique experience awaits!
The space
Split plan with 9' floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious balcony with direct access to the pool. But that's not all – it's also a charming corner unit. Porcelain wood plank tile in the kitchen and dining areas and ocean-themed carpet in the bedrooms.

Enjoy the comforts of a washer-dryer in unit, full-size kitchen, top-line appliances, and soaking tub. The W Hotel resort-style amenities include residence pool, a spa, a fitness center, excellent dining options (Steak 954, El Vez) on premises, and numerous restaurants (S3, Takato, Wild Thyme, Wine Garden) within walking distance. The beach is directly outside, with access to beach chairs and sun umbrellas.

The condo is tastefully decorated, and the kitchen is equipped with full size dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, cutlery, cups, and glasses.

There is a 4-person dining table that can also be used as a working station, with complimentary Wi-Fi. The living room has a seating couch that can be converted into an extra bed, and a coffee table and flat screen TV.

The bedroom has very wide double entrances with sliding doors that can be closed at night for privacy, flat screen TV, and high end luxury pillows and duvets, king-size bed.

The bedroom has a Jacuzzi-style soaking tub. Private toilet rooms, large walk-in showers with beautiful neutral stone finishes, and hairdryers. Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and safe. There are USB outlets and dimmable headboard lighting in both bedrooms.

The property is NON smoking and smoking inside the condo is prohibited.

The hotel room service is available for a price. All you have to do is turn on the TV and scan the bar code on the channel advertising the W Hotel. Enjoy the room service food inside the unit or out on the balcony.
Guest access
The beach is situated directly across the street. As a guest renting our condo, you will have access to the beach umbrellas and chairs. Fees may apply.

Independent companies provide water activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, and paddle boarding all year round, subject to weather conditions, for a fee.
To explore the nearby attractions in Fort Lauderdale via water, a water taxi is always an option worth considering.

Not having a car is not an issue when staying at the W. From low-end to upscale, a multitude of restaurants can be found within walking distance. Additionally, many of these establishments offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, giving guests a wide range of culinary choices.

As the sun sets, bars located closer to Las Olas Boulevard offer live music and dancing, creating a lively and vibrant atmosphere.

IMPORTANT DETAILS and RENTAL RULES:

* Please note that this reservation includes access to the residence pool only. Access to the W Hotel pool is not included, but daily passes can be purchased for $125 per adult and $50 per minor.

* Valet Parking $64.20 per night (only paid if you have a car).

* Resort Fee $62.15 per night paid at check in directly to the hotel. They fee is per room per night. This fee is paid when you get the keys to the condo .

Resort Fee covers the following:
2 Beach Chair and 1 umbrella
Daily Yoga Classes at 8am
Daily Two-Hour Bicycle Rentals for two guests
In Roon Hight Speed WIFI.
Complimentary towels at both the pool and the beach.
* All amenities are based on availability

* REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Proper ID for primary name on reservation is required at check in time with the front desk, with no exception .

* MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Please adhere to maximum occupancy of the rental. People who exceed the maximum occupancy will be asked to leave immediately with no refund issued for not following the rental rules.

* NO PARTIES ALLOWED
We are only looking to rent to serious and mature people, who would like to enjoy their time in our beautiful unit and nearby amenities of the W hotel.

There are no parties allowed inside the property. The guests will be asked to leave immediately with no refund issued if the rental rules are not followed.

* STARTER SUPPLIES

We include enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and other household essentials to last three days. The guest is responsible for replenishing these supplies after that. * Wind and leaves may occasionally cause debris on the patio. While we thoroughly clean the patio after every checkout, this is a natural occurrence and part of the outdoor environment.
