"First, I was assigned a handicap-accessible room. As a shorter individual, this setup was highly inconvenient,
particularly because the lower closet racks caused my clothes to drape onto the floor.
Additionally, the bathroom had significant drainage issues. There are two drains—one inside the walk-in shower and one just outside of it—and neither functioned properly. After the first person showered, the bathroom floor was half wet. By the time I finished my shower, the entire bathroom floor was completely soaked, leaving nowhere dry to step.
On a positive note, the breakfast options were good. However, the beverage selection was limited, as only orange juice and water were available, with no apple or cranberry juice options."
