「Clean room. Great location. Tiki Bar. Everything was great!」

「Las habitaciones son acogedoras」

「Excellent location」

「This beautiful and unique property exceeded out expectations. If you are expecting a large, corporate room, this gem is not it. Expect pretty views, a laid back atmosphere, kind staff, and a boutique feel. We came for my husband's birthday but I hope we make it to Latitudes many times in our future.」

「location」

「I didn't expect the place to be so clean and up to date. We were very pleased all around and was in a quiet neighborhood and felt very comfortable. Thanks kukoo inn, Gray Byerly」

「I love Matanza. It's in a great location, walking distance to everything. I enjoyed sitting on the canal/bay and seeing all the wildlife, especially Manatee! We stayed in the 2 bedroom and it was perfect!」

「The inn is sweet and beautiful. Absolutely spotless!」

「Super cute location, very clean and had everything we needed!」

「Love this property. It is vintage old Florida charm. The view outside our door was amazing. The staff was great and very friendly. We had a problem with the door to the unit we were booked in and it was dealt with within minutes.」
