The bar ...the beach... The people on the beach with the activities were extremely courteous and helpful... I don't understand how come four people in a room can't get four cups of coffee... We asked several times and got shut down.. and when I asked for maid service they didn't even sweep the floor... ...

Hyatt Vacation Club at Coconut Cove, Bonita Springs
This resort was awesome. The shuttle to the boat then to the beach was amazing. On the way to the beach, we encountered 4-5 dolphins following the boat. The lazy river was nice just cold. The resort itself was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were also clean and spacious.
