Wonderful stay in Cape Coral

The home was perfect for our needs. Delia was very responsive and the check in process was a breeze. Home was clean and well stocked with all essentials and more. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the property very much, especially the pool area!!

Wonderful stay

Place is perfect. The only issue we had was it says heated pool but when we arrived heater was not on. Management helped us get heater on so we could enjoy the pool. We loved it. Was surprised later to receive extra bill for using pool heater.

5 week stay

Spent 5 weeks at the property and it was everything promised! Great communication when needed through the stay. Small backyard was perfect for my golden retriever throughout the stay! Highly recommend the house

Dirty. Fecal matter and bugs. We didn't stay one night. Couldn't get the management company in the phone. Had to stay in hotel for the week with our family of 6. Will never use Vrbo again.

Quiet neighborhood; lots of good restaurants nearby

The property is located in an older, quiet neighborhood. There is a good supermarket a couple blocks away; lots of very good restaurants nearby. Lovely Florida screen covering over the rear deck/pool area. Nice to sit outside and enjoy the sun without worrying about bugs. We have a very restful visit -- just what we wanted. Easy to contact property owner rep with any concerns.

Nice pet friendly place close to Ft Myers and Sanibel Island

Family vacation (pet friendly) that was close to where other family members were staying. We all loved the pool! Only comment would be that since it is pet friendly, suggest a more thorough cleaning between guests. Our pup does not shed, but there were signs of other shedding. Also, do you allow cats? That would be nice to know as some family members are allergic. Overall though, can’t complain much. The separate electric cost was a bit high I feel, and unique. We’ve never stayed at a place that charged for electricity separately. We feel for the price we paid, it should have been included. The PM, Lilian, was great, courteous and very responsive from beginning to end. She’s to be commended! Thanks!

Cape Coral Getaway

This was the perfect house for our Cape Coral visit. We made great use of the pool, and the location to restaurants, bars and boating was convenient. We look forward to returning in the future!

Can we stay here forever 😍🏠🏝

Loved it so much that we extended our stay. I could live here forever. Came with my husband and 11-month old baby. We loved the pool and location so much. The house was incredibly clean and accessible to downtown Cape Coral. This is my favorite rental of all time. Had everything we needed and more. Thanks so much 🥰

December in Cape Coral

The property was just as listed and in a nice neighbourhood where we enjoyed many walks. We were there in December and only had sun on part of the pool area that we could enjoy The pool itself was quite dirty and oily so it was not so welcoming . The house had everything needed and the owners responded quickly when the air conditioner was not working
