Definitely will stay here again if in the area. Opened the door to a cozy cafe table with flowers and a welcoming note from our host. We appreciated the snacks and beverages that were provided. The sleeping area was large, included a couch desk, and a very comfortable bed. We greatly appreciated the bathroom, amenity of a whirlpool tub bath A beautiful shower with double sinks. The location was perfect for us. We were there to visit, family and friends and attend the ball game and we were centrally, located to all. The Accommodations were immaculate

Nice place with great host
The place is nice and a bit quirky. It was exactly what we needed for space and comfort. The bathroom is fantastic. The large leather couch is comfortable and there’s a large TV for those who like having one. The separate breakfast area provided a nice place to eat with lots of light. Coffeemaker, microwave, toaster oven, fridge—all the appliances needed. Caveats: everything is on one electrical circuit. We discovered that by using the coffeemaker and microwave at the same time, tripping the circuit and losing all power. Fortunately, Yana immediately answered our phone call and reset it so the place wasn’t left without air conditioning. I suggested some signage to prevent it in the future as I don’t expect any rental to rewire to pass a safety inspection. There’s a tiny fabric closet and we purchased hangers. That’s likely not an issue for someone on holiday, but I had an two events which called for a dressing up. We adore Yana, the host. So sweet and super responsive. We may come back in large part because of her.

Perfect for weekend getaway.
I rented this property for my parents for a weekend stay. The property is in an upscale neighborhood with a hospital close by. They stayed in unit 2, which was good because parking was close to the door and my dad has COPD and is on oxygen. The only issue for my dad was there is a slight incline to get in that was tough for him. I had no issues with it, so if you're in good health, it's no problem at all. It's perfect for two people. Nice bed, the couch was tough to get in and out of from a sitting position, even for me. There is a cute little desk where you can sit if you have papwork or a computer you'd like to use. There is a great little kitchenette area that has a table with three chairs, a countertop with a coffee machine (bring coffee for it), a toaster oven, microwave and mini fridge. They put out a granola bar, pop tarts, instant coffee, sugar (a couple types of sweeteners) and I'm sure I'm forgetting what else was there. Overall, it was a great little place for my parents to spend the weekend! I'd recommend this to any couple looking for a nice quiet place for a getaway. And it's not far from many places to eat and shop! Very convenient location. Overall, it was great! *** I'd make a suggestion that they put a recliner or some other sitting apparatus in the kitchenette area. It would be a great place to read in a comfortable chair.

Baseball at Jet Blue Park
Good value, the bathroom was the best ever, good location, about 15 min.to ball park & airport. Parking was good & had a visitor spot for our grandson when we went to dinner with him. Loved watching him pitch at the Jet blue complex. No problems at all.

Friends Visit
We did arrive a bit late but entry into property was very easy! The suite looked exactly the way the pictures presented it! We were centrally located between several of our friends,, which made visiting very easy! Now as far as the owner I can't say enough! Met her first day and was accomadating in all of our needs! Great Value
This room has plenty of space to spread out. Very clean. Would stay here over hotel prices anytime. Fast food, gas and coffee are only 2 miles away. The owner is only a text or email away, she responds as fast as she gets the message.

Hidden gem in Ft. Myers
I was in Ft. Myers for work and this property was conveniently located to the worksite. It is tucked away in a small neighborhood, and very quiet and cozy, yet close to grocery stores and restaurants. The suite was beautiful and perfect for my needs. The owner, Yana, was so friendly and responsive. I needed to extend my stay at the last minute and she kindly accommodated my request. I will be booking again when I visit Ft. Myers next month!

Perfect…home away from home!!!
My adult son and I couldn’t have been happier with the stay here. Everything about it was perfect for us! The owner was very pleasant to communicate with. I could sense she wanted our stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you! There were multiple suites on site but ours (#2) was exactly what we hoping for; clean, amenities, plenty of space (which I was actually surprised about), with a cozy apt feel. Also, with living in SW Fl before…The location was perfect! Being just around the corner from Daniels & Metro Pkwy it was easy access to downtown FM, beaches/islands, CC and the airport. We couldn’t have been happier with staying here!! It’s a place I would definitely like to make our regular stay when visiting our home away from home. Like I said…it was perfect!!

The check in process was absolutely easy as well as the pictures don’t do the interior property justice. Very easy to communicate to the property owner if we needed anything. I really liked staying here. I dont like staying in the tourist areas so this place was perfect. It was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle that you felt more at home then a tourist. Check in and out was very easy. Communication was super easy and thorough. The rental space was nice, clean, well kept, and rather perfect for my partner and I. The sun room was perfect to watch the rain and get natural light. I was very pleased with this home away from home spot.

Quiet and relaxing
The area was quiet and the description was exactly what it said, including the pictures! The property manager responded fast anytime we needed anything! We spent every day out and about in Fort Myers and on Sanibel Island. Everything was within close proximity! Would absolutely recommend it for a romantic getaway 😊

Spacious private entry unit
Home divided into 4 private entry suites, in a quiet neighborhood. Very spacious, easy to check in and out of, accurate listing. Yana is very quick to respond. The bed is softer then we would have liked but that's always a personal preference. The jacuzzi tub is just big enough for one adult.

Pros: Great Ft. Meyers access to amenities, and travel around the general region. Quiet neighborhood with off street and convenient parking Friendly and responsive owner/manager for rental TV is modern with apps to log in for service, but no provided channels. Cons: Terrible quality bed, difficult to sleep in Hot water supply in bathroom is dysfunctional Temperature controlled by a thermostat in another residential area of this divided up older structure...not rental occupants, not desirable. Refrigerator is a small one with no freezer/ice capability. No adequate clothes hanging area No dishwashing/cleaning sink, except bathroom sinks/tub

Hello Brad, thank you so much for leaving us a review. We are sorry to just now be hearing about your cons regarding our suite.. Your communication with us during your stay means a lot to us and we very much value your time. We wish you would have communicated with us the fact you were unable to find the live TV provided for our guests on the TV. We are also sorry to hear the mattress we just replaced does not fit your approval. Due to the fact that the water heater is located on the opposite side of the home, it takes a moment for the water to heat up but the system it’s self is not dysfunctional. The temperature in your suite is also controlled by one thermostat due to the fact that it also controls the temperature to all the rest of the home; that is why we also provide our guests with an individual AC unit in their suite so that they can cater the temperature of their room to their liking. Regarding our kitchenette, it is as advertised! We provide a mini fridge as advertised as well as all the other listed amenities. Due to the fact it is a kitchenette and not a full kitchen we do not provide a sink in the kitchen but the sinks in the master bathroom are just as usable. We have a closet fit with clothes hangers for our guests to hang their clothes also. Thank you again for your review Brad. We wish you all the best in your future travels! Yana:)

This property has all you need for a short time away. The host is very responsive to messages. Location is good. But traffic is terrible just about any time of day, so plan for that.

No hot water in suite 2
Rented suite 2 because of the jetted tub and sleeping arrangements. When we arrived on a Tuesday, we found there to be no hot water. Contacted host immediately. Took hours to receive a response. Told us to let it run due to it being colder time of year. Waited til next morning and tried again. Still no hot water. Host told us to run it for 20 minutes and same story about time of year. When we returned from a boat trip still no hot water. Contacted host again and this time mentioned that time of year has no impact on hot water heaters. Host apologized again and said they would call someone to come look at it. After some time, I asked if someone was coming. Host said on Monday. We check out on Saturday ,so that was unacceptable. So host said they would try to get someone else. Some time later I inquired if they had found someone. Host said they did and they were coming Friday. Still unacceptable. They told us to let the water run for at least 20 minutes again because hot water heater was on the opposite side of house. I asked them to turn the water temp up. Still no hot water. The host never offered to come check the water temp herself. So for 3 nights we washed up in cold water in the sink. On Friday we went out again. While out I contacted the host and asked if the technician had fixed the water issue. Host said no and that they canceled on them. Offered a refund if vrbo would allow it. So for 4 nights we had no hot water. Couldn't use the jetted tub that was the amenity that appealed to me when booking. Will not stayed there again. In fact probably won't book with vrbo again. This was our first time using vrbo because I was nervous. This stay proved I had a reason to be.

Great space and easy Access to Ft. Myers.
The room was spacious and clean. Nice, quiet neighborhood and central access to Ft. Myers destinations. A covered pool was available, which we didn’t use. The walls were thin, so we heard quite a bit of noise at times from guests in other suites. The shower is a nice size, but water pressure was lacking. Overall, however, a great experience.
