「The staff was awesome! From check in, to dinner in the restaurant, to check out, everyone was so nice and kind and helpful. Check in was seamless, and the staff came up to help us with the controls for the air conditioning. she also sent an email immediately when I left my passport at the desk during check in. We had a wonderful conversation, in English, with wait staff in the restaurant. I think they enjoyed practicing their English. And they went out of their way to prepare a vegetarian...

「The check-in process was a bit tedious, but that was due to Expedia, not the hotel. To keep a positive experience, the hotel staff was very kind and upgraded us to a beautiful room.
