“To start when I booked the hotel they said there was breakfast and when I arrived they said they were building a restaurant, and that there was no breakfast being served, then on website it says they are pet friendly and when I arrived there was no pets allowed signs everywhere and nowhere in the description did it say I have to bring shot papers or have the tags on me and they gave me problems with that, then there deposit was overly priced for what that hotel was, then when I got to the room……

“I have stayed at The Arc numerous times. It has ALWAYS been a wonderful experience. This time was terrible. The hotel is ready to remodel to transform as a true independent into a chain. There is no breakfast, even though breakfast was listed on Expedia. The first room we were assigned looked like a cheap roadside motel except someone threw up in the room and the room smelled of it. Cigarette burns were everywhere. The next room was ok but furnishings need to be replaced, which is scheduled.……

“The check in started bad the room smelled like pee we rented two nights but left the first night the poop was dirty had bugs floating in it asked for a refund for the second night and was in formed I stayed the first night so there's no refund very bad experience”
