Another amazing stay

This is our 2nd time in this particular unit in the palms. Loved the upgraded touches in this stay with the specialty body wash and shampoo. Great location, unit has been completed updated. Love this place and will return!

The Palms

We had a nice stay at this condo. It was clean and neat. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was convenient. It was a second floor condo close to the stairs and the stairs ended near the gate to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. Overall a good choice and I would go back to it.

My wife, myself, and our three children slept comfortably in this condo that has recently been updated. This was steps away from a private beach that was not crowded at all. This was the second week of April for reference. Would definitely stay again

Dirty condo but great view

We have traveling to this area for seven years. Every time we come we always find a new condo to stay in and enjoy the beautiful views and family time on the beach. Unfortunately this was one of the worst stays that we’ve ever had. Let’s start with the good items first. The condo is located in a great section of the beach and the inside decor has been updated and it’s very nice. The view of the beach is perfect and the location to the boardwalk to get down to the beach is very close. Unfortunately that ends the short list of pros for this condo. After completing our two day / 17 hour drive we were excited to check into the condo only to find a very dirty one awaited us. There were tons of bugs and gnats inside the condo, sand all over the floors an infestation of gnats that no matter how many we killed every day we could not get rid of and that made cooking a nuisance( we honestly killed around 100). The worst part about it were the bathrooms that were definitely dirty. We found pubic hair all over the bathroom cabinet doors and floor and that prompted us to call management immediately to have somebody come out and re-clean the condo. They did respond to my phone call and email fairly soon and sent two crews out to re-clean the condo however after seeing pubic hair in the bathroom you start to wonder what else in the condo is dirty especially thinking about sheets in the bed. There was dirty used bar soap in both of the showers as well. The management company did refund our cleaning fee but then I tipped the cleaning crew. I think if the condo was cleaned properly and there weren’t bugs everywhere inside it would’ve been a great stay but too much of our time was spent re-cleaning the condo ourselves and killing bugs that it really took away from the whole vacation feel. I would probably not book this condo again unfortunately.

Outstanding view of the beach.

Your property is not senior or handicap friendly ie only stairs to access floors 2 and 3, no safely grab bars in the bathroom tub and shower area..
