Perfect location
We have stayed in this neighborhood before and we just love it. It's so cute and charming. The house was the perfect location near the pool. Very well appointed. We did have to rewash a few dishes and I would highly recommend a full length mirror somewhere in the house just so you can see what you look like when you get dressed. Also, I made a Pumpkin Pie for Thanksgiving and there was a mixer but the beaters were no where to be found. In addition, the tv in the family room was broke. Management went out and got us a replacement same day and we really appreciated the prompt service. Beds were comfy too. I highly recommend this house. Beautiful and the location is outstanding.

don't recommend air stopped working and it took forever for someone to even return call
Not great, air stopped working then trying to use emergency number to report no one answered then when someone finally returned call took over 24hrs to have working air conditioning

Great family getaway
Beautiful property and neighborhood, with plenty of beach options nearby. Our family of four was quite comfortable during our week-long stay and we would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family (and make a return trip ourselves).

This home was perfectly suited for our family! The bedrooms and bathrooms were well designed and stocked. The only request I’d make is a dresser in 2nd bedroom. The kitchen was more perfectly stocked than any other. Pool is beautiful, large and clean. Also private grill was great! I’d give it 5+

Great location, wonderful pool!
The house and the community are great- the house is a short walk to the pool (not heated) which is very convenient. The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The location is a good distance from the crowded Destin area- we loved visiting Seaside and Baytowne Wharf. It is a 5 minute drive to the beach and 5-10 minutes from lots of cute restaurants & shops. Our only complaint about the house was that there were no screens on any of the windows. Coming from chilly MI, we were eager to enjoy the warm Florida breezes, but our only option was to keep a door open. We did call the property mgmt company about this but it was never addressed. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay!
Everything was as described and very enjoyable! I suggest renting a golf cart, and adding a beach setup through the rental company. Both beach access points have LOTS of stairs before sand which can be trying with children or those with disabilities. Beautiful home!

Excellent home
Excellent location and great home. I would definitely emphasize on the cleaning. The bed sheets were not clean and the carpets weren’t vacuumed upon our arrival @ 6pm. The door to the back patio is jammed and we couldn’t open it during our stay. Definitely we recommend this property and will be back next year. Thank you!
