Perfect location

The area and location of this condo is perfect! Easy parking and access to the beach. The beach was not over crowded and was so enjoyable! Pool was very nice also. We will return to this area. However the back door to this condo is ridiculous to slide open. It needs the sand cleaned out of the tracks and/or repaired. The floor also left my kids feet black from walking barefoot. The condo was not dirty, but did need a good deep cleaning.

Great condo great beach access

The condo is great but it needs several small repairs. Very very dirty. The floors turned everyones feet black and we saw several roaches. The kids wanted to leave but that didn't happen until our last night or we would have. There was food all on the fold out couch. That was pretty gross. Over all it just needs a good cleaning and pest control.

Needs more attention to detail..

This condo was quite a bit cheaper than others I viewed in other buildings. Now I know why. My first clue should have been when I messaged before our stay to ask a question and it took them THREE WEEKS to answer. The washing machine was full of mold. I was almost afraid to wash my clothes in the washer due to the smell and visible mold in the door. Whoever you text to ask questions is slow to answer and doesn’t have great customer service. I messaged them to say that the wifi name that they provided was not working on any of our phones. They messaged back a few hours later and said ‘We recommend unplugging and replugging the wifi router.’ That didn’t work. I messaged back and said that didn’t work. No answer for several hours. We had to call the Vacasa office and they finally got it straightened out. Come to find out they provided the wrong name all along. All we had to do was log in with the correct name and password. I brought cleaning wipes to disinfect high touch areas like I always do and I was wiping the bar area where we would be eating it was clear that the counter was never wiped because I felt crumbs under my hands. The ceiling fan doesn’t work in the living room. One of the outlets in the kitchen doesn’t work. The sleeper sofa was absolutely the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on. Do not stay here if you plan on having people staying on the pull out couch. The door front door could use a dead bolt lock for safety because small children can easily just open it and be in the parking lot. Not to mention just for safety reasons. I would feel better sleep if I knew that the door had a lock on it other than using a code that you can get in the door with. Don’t get me started on the red chair in the living room that is disgusting and needs to be taken to the dump. Will not be staying here ever again. Looks good in pictures but once you look in person you see many things that are not clean.

Poorly managed/ and unkept

When checked in to the unit, there was a nauseating smell of smoke or chemicals. Tried to notify management via text. Notified housekeeping, they said would pass along. They came next day and sprayed. Neither of the rear sliding glass doors are operational, and the screens fall off if try to use them. Leaving only the front door as operational access. This was reported when they called next day to see how our check in went., because we were not contacted first night about the problems we submitted. Never heard another word from them about it. The shower curtain had rust across the top and mold at the bottom. There are 4 forks in the silverware. No beach or pool accessories such as beach towels. Back porch was a mess. Not even a broom in the unit to clean it yourself. This is the 4th time we have stayed at this complex and the other 3 times had been great. Definite will not be staying again if vacasa is attached to it. Thank you

Very nice place

The unit is very nice, quiet and clean. The pool is kept very clean. The walk to the beach is less than 100 yards so you can't beat that.

Absolutely perfect

Great accommodations that have everything you need. Very comfortable bed, kitchen with everything and most important: instant beach access. Just walk out the sliding door, take a few steps over the dunes and your on the beautiful beach where chairs and umbrellas are provided. My husband and I literally laid on the beach the whole day every day we were there. This place will not disappoint.

Condo life can’t be beat

The new owners have made a number of changes since my last stay They replaced both sleeper couches with very comfortable mattresses added lots of gadgets and utensils Better Wi-Fi added tv programs replaced swivel chair curtains floor mats and they said they are going to get new mattress for the king size bed in the master bed room and paint it even in closets They are fantastic with decorations through out I loved it There are birds of all kinds and you can see lot of different fish It was wonderful

Quiet Little Piece of Paradise

This condo was perfect. Very close to the water, 10 minutes from Destin, no crowds, tons of marine life. Perfect for a family!
