What a pleasant stay. The room was clean, with all the cooking utensils. Love the variety type of pools, the kids and I love it. The beach was clean and very much enjoyable. We will come back again.

Great Condo

We had a great experience in B207. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, for a beach vacation. The location was ideal for access to the beach as well as the pool. The vacasa team was friendly and responsive, ensuring that our check-in and check-out processes were smooth and stress-free. Overall, our stay at the beach condo was perfect.The combination of a fantastic location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service made it a memorable vacation. We would definitely return and recommend Waterscape to anyone looking for a beach vacation.

Great stay!

Fabulous!

Everything was great! Family vacation for 7. Ages ranged from 12-61. We all had a fantastic time. Condo was clean and ready to go. Plenty of space for us all. Was our first time here and everything went smoothly. Loved the location and the activities offered. Will definitely come back again some day.

Great place & Unit

Very nice property & unit. It needs a few more things in the kitchen and it was hard to communicate with the property manager (probably due to COVID-19). But I would go rent again!

A lot of little things go wrong

We loved the beach! We have stayed here before it was a good time. We had a lot of little things go wrong, no cable, small flood in utility room, shower handle broke off. All fixed in a timely manner, we just think these are things that should have been fixed before we arrived. We will not book this again!

It was great. The movies you can rent are awesome for kids when the pools close!

We loved it! Our room was away from all the noise so it was perfect for our 5 month old to nap. We had a great view of the beach, the pools are the reason we chose to stay there. The movies you can rent made it easy to get my kids (mom of 3 boys) to lay down after the pools closed. Fudpuckers was friendly with great food and drinks! Shops and AJs was walking distance so that was a plus. The beach was nice, our umbrella gave more shade than you would expect! The front desk helped my husband and I pick out a date night, my mother in law had her mind blown..I told her how nice the place was but it's amazing to be able to throw in an "I told cha so"!! This was our 2nd time staying and we will stay again!! We absolutely love this place!!

Pool side events

Had a rude and unpleasant experience with the female bartender with the red hair at the Tiki bar in the pool area. She was upset with my husband because he was sitting in a chair while waiting in the long line to purchase food and drinks. He felt like she was very unprofessional as she proceeded to come from around the bar and move the chair after he told her that he was going to put the chair back where he got it from. He decided that he didn’t want to spend money there again after dealing with her being rude. My mother in law saw that he was bothered so she went to ask her why was she rude to him about sitting in a chair. The bartender became very defensive and stated that he had the audacity to sit in a chair in her line. She became argumentative and the tone of the conversation escalated to loud talking back and forth. My mother-in-law asked her for the manager or owners of the tiki bar information and the bartender said you can google it B@#ch and closed the screened window in her face. As an individual that has been in the restaurant hospitality industry for 20+yrs the bartender was extremely unprofessional, audacious and outright tactless. We went to front desk and spoke with the supervisor Mary who stated that she would get to the bottom of it. We haven’t heard anything else about the situation so I personally don’t think that anything was done. It’s a very unfortunate situation because it definitely left a bad impression about your establishment.

Perfect

We always stay at waterscape. Typically it’s in a unit that faces the pool with a view of the ocean. They were pretty booked up this year. When we came across this condo- I wasn’t excited about not fully seeing the ocean. But this was perfect we still had enough of a view to satisfy. Most of the rooms with a view require you to walk down a really long hallway at waterscape. This room is super quick and easy when getting to the parking lot and the beach/pool. Very conveniently located within the resort! Very clean! Great stay. Book it. You will love it!

This was my third stay at Waterscape and all of the condos have been nice! This unit is literally right outside the breezeway to the heated pool gate. Very convenient with tweens. My girls know the property well and they all meet up with their cheer teammates and use the pools as they please, very safe, family atmosphere! Fudpuckers is delicious and at the pool. The unit had everything we needed. My only complaint and truly it’s not a complaint just preference, is there isn’t a heavy enough comforter on the beds or closet if needed. And the ironing board is broken and leans on you but I managed! I loved the amount of towels and washcloths…most units have a few and you are washing often, we didn’t even use them all to have to wash!! Would absolutely stay again!! Thank you!

Perfect vacation spot!

Great Place!!

We loved it! The bathrooms were very spacious, it was very convenient as far as the pool and beach! The view was better then we anticipated! The only thing that would make it better would be if the dryer worked(it was not drying anything), and if there were basic cleaning supplies offered. I like to keep counters clean and previous places we have stayed had it. Other then that, this was a great place to stay, we highly recommend it!!!
