Has everything you need in the kitchen and comfortable enough furniture. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony and inside the condo. Quiet condo good walking in the neighborhood and the beach. Short drive to grocery shopping and restaurants. Easy online booking and good instructions for entering and departure from the condo.

Loved the room

This unit was great for our stay. Easy process to check in and out. The staff were always pleasant and very helpful. Very clean on arrival and has a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. We really enjoyed the complimentary chairs and umbrella provided with the room. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the area

Our stay was fantastic. Property was as listed. Right on beach, nice place. Only negatives were very small tv’s, master bed mattress was incredibly uncomfortable and not enough bedding or towels provided for number of guests listed (sleeps 6 only bedding for 4, was told to buy more pillows). Would go again if master bed mattress is replaced.

Beautiful Stay

The condo was beautiful and very clean. It had everything you would need. The pool and hot tub were also very clean. Great communication. I highly recommend this condo. We will be using it again. It is also close to restaurants and not far from the boardwalk and pier.

Very Responsive!

This is a really nice, quaint condo. We had a small problem and I cannot say enough good about the property manager Christina. She was amazing. She fixed it in a very short amount of time. She made stay very comfortable and it's a wonderful place!

Anniversary Trip

It was wonderful staying in Pelican Isle. It was close to the water. The umbrella & chairs were so nice to have. Everything felt clean. I do wish the outside lights didnt make the bedroom so bright at night but that's really pretty minor. We hope to return again.

We had a great time at this condo/complex. The pool and hot tub were rarely crowded and had great beach access. For this room specifically, all the things that matter were clean. Improvement wise I would say the couch was stained and well worn, the paint needed touched up, at the tops of the walls in several rooms would be a little spider which seems to me it hadn’t been dusted often, the step out of the glass door is a tripping hazard and the vent near the bunk beds sweat a lot which would be fine if it wasn’t near the bed. Overall, We had a great stay!

Fall Getaway

We loved our condo and the views from the condo were gorgeous. The only negative was the sofa. It is old and uncomfortable and the sofa mattress is terrible. Overall, we loved our stay in this condo.
