Waterscape Stay

We loved having all the pool options. It was nice to visit the beach and then cool off by the pools. Being so close to the beach was great also. The location was great!

Great experience at Waterscape!

The condo isn’t in brand new condition, but it was nice and clean. Waterscape is a great place to stay with kids. My family had a blast and plan on returning soon!

Beach vacation blast

Family vacay

Our family enjoyed this resort. The condo was in good condition ( we aren’t picky) the view from balcony is amazing. I like to document our vacations and I have a video on YouTube with this condo . We are considering coming back next year here .

Great time!

The property was well kept up. The pools were great due to great weather in late October! The beach was beautiful and great beach walk! The room was perfect for just my sister and I but lots of room for more. Great view from the balcony! We will be back for sure!

Nice Room!

Just got back from our stay here. The room was beautiful, view included! Be aware, some of the furniture does not match what the listing photos show (couch, coffee table, etc.). Beds were comfy, and the kitchen was stocked with every dish and utensil we needed! Pool and beach access were amazing, and everyone had a blast. Will definitely be returning to Waterscape in the future!

Don’t stay in B620!!!!

This place was a dump. The balcony was horrific with a hodgepodge mixture of junk chairs and table as well as area rug turned to the wrong side. The side chair had 2 large holes, and coffe table was coming apart. The dryer left black oil like marks on 2 of my husbands shirts, ruining them. The door outside entry was absolutely filthy with black spots. The whole condo was unacceptable for the amount of money charged. I’ve been vacationing in this area for 22+ years, and this was the worst condo I have ever seen.

Inconvenience at its best!

Everything was fine about the room except for the washer and dryer unit. It didn’t work from the time we checked in on September 2nd until the time we left on September 5th. Reported it on day one, day two a maintenance guy came to look at it and said he couldn’t fix it, he would have to call someone else. Front desk said a staff member could have done our laundry for us but who wants someone else washing their personal/intimate clothing items?

The resort was amazing!

What I loved: location, all the water activities, the beach, the family atmosphere, WiFi availability and TV channels ! What I didn’t love: our quarters did not match the VRBO add. B620 shows leather couch which is one reason I Ickes it due to allergies. There was a fabric couch and the 2 other chairs were fake leather with torn places on each chair. The fabric on bottom of the top bunk bed was torn and hanging down. Thankfully we didn’t need the bed since it was just the two us. And both of the toilets kept sticking g when flushed and wouldn’t shut off without jiggling the handle. The facility is wonderful, but in the future we will be concerned that we’re not getting what we are paying for. I didn’t mention at the time we checked in because we came for the beach and the water activities, but I wanted y’all to know. Thank you.

It was nice. The kids LOVED the pools. My only negatives was the beds were kinda hard and the blankets was very thin. The stopper in the bathtub was broke and the microwave didnt work. It wasnt even worth reaching out about for just a short weekend.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was as pictured. Very clean.

The check in process was extremely easy. Condo was clean. Lots of elevators to get to the pool area and beach. A slight con would be it was difficult to get a lounge chair at the pool. People put their towels down to reserve seats for the day, then would leave the pool area.

Family vacation

This was our 2nd time at Waterscape, first time in this room! It is perfect for our family of 5, and we will definitely be back! The room was great…updated kitchen, very nicely decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. We had a nice view, and everything was so convenient. The pool and beach were wonderful, and the fireworks were perfect for our last night. Having chairs and an umbrella included with the room is such a nice amenity. They are set up on the beach each morning in a “horseshoe” shape, so that everyone can enjoy a nice view; however, I wish the resort would not allow others to set up their own large tents in the middle of the horseshoe by the water in front of everyone else., as it blocks the view from the chairs provided. This was not a problem our first time at the resort so not sure what changed. Also, my only small suggestions to make this perfect room even better is to include a few more pillows for the king bed, as they weren’t the best. Also, we used the pullout bed for a child, and you could feel the springs through the mattress, so it would definitely not be comfortable for an adult. But we brought an air mattress and had plenty of room. Again, just a few little suggestions. We will definitely be back! :-)
