We love Waterscapes whether it’s just me and my spouse or the whole family!

Great place to stay. We love Waterscapes and this was our 3rd stay there. It never disappoints us for a great vacation whether it is just me and my spouse or our whole family. We will be back. (one thing we appreciate is that once you are in your rental, it is rare that you hear anyone else outside this is a great perk)

Waterscape is the best

We have stayed in the particular condo for 2 years. The location is perfect, with a lovely beach view. Had a problem with bed frame, and maintenance came right up and fixed it. The furniture is looking a little tired and could use a freshen up. Will probably be back again next year.

Great location! Beautiful views! Lots of amenities.

We had a great time with our rental. The location is great, though traffic to turn at the light if sometimes a beast. Just plan accordingly. Our kids loved the amenities that were offered and enjoyed that the pool options were so nice, considering we had numerous double red flag days. Beach service was easy.Location was convenient to several food options and just over the bridge from the local Publix.Very minor things: The plaid chair that is shown in the pictures of the living room does not exist. And the lounge chair that turns into a single sleeper bed in the second bedroom was broken. It appears that some previous people had tried to ziptie it back together. But management was quick to bring a rollaway bed that could be used. We also had doorbell ditchers a few nights, but one might expect that with so many families with teens and kids for spring break.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

The view from this condo was breathtaking! The condo was clean, up to date, and well taken care of. Our only complaints were we didn't have enough dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. The property itself is a little hard to navigate, but we will definitely be staying here again!

GREAT SPOT

Was in town for a beach wedding and stayed here. The beach was amazing, the pool area was amazing and our unit was just perfect for three people. I would highly recommend Vacasa! Everything was so easy and Vacasa's communication was perfect! I never had to wonder about anything! They communicated great!

Updates needed badly

We stayed at this condo as an in between as our initial rental was booked on our last day. The unit itself has a nice view of the beach, pretty good access to the pool, but the building is very confusing, not very handicapped friendly or stroller friendly as an FYI. The condo itself needs updates. All the furniture is chipped, holes in the couch, a broken pullout couch in a bedroom and a very heavy coffee table in-front of the pullout couch in the main living area which we didn’t bother to use and just had our son sleep on the couch. Half of the burners on the stove would not turn on and in the maintenance closet there was a bucket collecting water from a leak in the ceiling. If you just want a place to stay, this is good. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a clean fresh place, this is not your place. The entire building just seems a little run down, the main pool is not heated, the kiddy pool is not heated and the waterpark area didn’t even turn on the water for the kids to play in. This place has potential, but it just seems unkept, old, very dated, not much provided such as coffee filters and a broom that was in terrible condition. The staff was very quick to call me and ask what I thought, seems they just fix things as they hear as quick as possible to get the next person in there.

We will be back to waterscape B605!

The view was gorgeous and the elevator a couple doors down made access to the beach and lazy river very easy especially if taking a wagon with lots of toys. The condo itself was nice and clean. Everything worked as it should and had lots of seating on the balcony. Parking was always available. We absolutely loved our stay and got a great deal on this condo last minute. We will definitely be back again soon

Beachy Getaway

We stayed at Waterscape about 10 years ago and came back. Love all the amenities and being on the beach. The condo has enough space for everyone, is clean, the beds are awesome and you don’t hear the neighbors! This was a much needed beach getaway! Thanks for a wonderful week!

Condo was exactly what I expected. It worked great for our family. I wish the balcony had a better view but I knew the view upon booking. I would have liked a non stick skillet. Resort was great. Could have an open tab at Fudpuckers at pool. To reserve beach chairs be sure to be on the beach around 7:30am. When dudes begin to drill holes for umbrellas go ahead and stand at the spot you want. At the pool, people “claim” spots with towels this was very frustrating as it seems some claimed 5 chairs and none were being used. We are a family of 7 and would have loved to have at least one or two to sit in while others in our family swam. We mostly just sat on the ground when we weren’t swimming. We walked to a restaurant. We visited the Gulfarium and really enjoyed it!

Waterscapes week💦

The condo was great. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Plenty of outdoor seating with a great view of the ocean. The condo was clean and well maintained. This was our 3rd stay at water scapes resort. This was our favorite condo so far. It was steps from elevator that lead straight out to the pool and beach access. This was super convenient with 3 children in tow. I would definitely stay there again. I would also recommend it to my friends and family.

Home away from home!

This place is absolutely perfect! My kids get most excited about the bunk beds! This is our second year staying in this unit and it’s always been very clean and we love the close proximity to the elevators to reach the pool/beach area. Lovely view of the ocean. Only “complaint” is that the shower door still doesn’t close all the way (something we noticed last year) but nothing that would prevent us from staying here again! Would be nice to keep some spices/condiments on hand to not have to buy every time but we also understand things expire and maybe some people aren’t as sanitary as others! Can’t wait to go back!

Check-in was a breeze and location of B605 was PERFECT - close to elevator for beach/pool access. Parking garage was a little confusing but we got the hang of it. Kitchen was stocked with everything (but bring your own salt, pepper, foil, cooking spray - sometimes condo rentals have basics like these, this one did not). We loved it and would recommend this to anyone!

Wonderful vacation retreat

We had a wonderful stay at B605. I can honestly say this is the cleanest condo we have rented. I come with the intention of having to clean things up when we first arrive because I can’t do dirty. I didn’t have to do this at all here. Sure, some furniture was scuffed up along with some walls…….but it is a rental. It’s not going to be “sell your house show ready.” But it was certainly cleaned well!!! The master bed does make a decent amount of noise when you roll over, but was very comfortable. The kitchen had more than you could need (maybe even a little too much dare I say.) The unit was great. Would highly recommend.
