Great place to vacation

We stayed for a week with 10 people, half of those being kiddos. We all enjoyed the place and the location was convenient as well. Would definitely stay there again.

The bunk beds were perfect for the grandkids. They loved having their own room. Beautiful view. We loved sitting on the deck. The book library was enjoyed by the adults. We enjoyed our vacation time.

Fun Place for a spring vacation

Pros- Good place to stay with great views to the ocean. Cons- no wheelchair access to the beach. We got an email letting us know there would be construction but it never said we wouldnt be able to use our patio due to no railing. Overall its a great place for a group of people to stay and will definitely be back.

Somewhat disappointed

First disappointment was the “jacuzzi” tub. I feel like I was lead to believe it was a true jacuzzi with jets when actually it was a jacuzzi brand tub, deep but no jets Second disappointment was the foldout sofa. The mattress / frame was uncomfortably slanted and the cushions stained The third and biggest disappointment was the dishwasher didn’t work. I do realize these things happen but it took 3 times reaching out to property management before anyone seemed concerned about it. It never was fixed and I spent way more time on my (fairly expensive ) vacation washing dishes for our group of 9 than I wanted to.

Great Experience

Communication was great, arrival was seamless. Location and room were perfect, had everything we needed to feel like home. My 6 year old left her glasses somewhere in the condo, we turned the place inside out and did not find them. Left a message with VRBO that we lost them. The Salt Water Vacation representative contacted me to notify me she had them and would mail them to us. That tells me the room was “deep” cleaned after we left to prepare for the new arrival! Great experience and would recommended to anyone!

Spring Break 2021

The property was very nice and clean. The location for the view of the beach was amazing. We did have an issue the first night when a unit above and to the left of us had a pipe burst. We had water pouring into the back room so the carpet was soaked. Luckily none of the beds or our suitcases/clothes were affected. Called the management number and they got to work on getting HyrdraKleen there that same night to work on getting the room and carpet dried out with their equipment. This took 2 days but our management group found another condo for us to use for the first night and then brought up 2 queen sized air mattresses for the second night. They were very accommodating. I would stay at this property again with this same management company. The rest of the stay was wonderful.

Great location. my family and I really enjoyed our stay. With access to the beach and pool area being so easy, it was hard to keep the kids out of the water at times. Lisa was wonderful to work with and easy to get ahold of with anything having to do with the property.We would definitely stay here again. The property was exactly what was advertised.

Labor Day Family Vacation

Property was in good/clean condition and was in a great location. From my initial booking, I thought there were 2 queen beds in one of the bedrooms and it actually turned out to be only 1 and the unit had a sleeper sofa in the living room. Other than that, it was as I thought it would be. Good view of the Gulf and was located close to many restaurants and other retail areas.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here! We prefer okaloosa island to Destin! We did notice that there was some housekeeping issues-most of the furniture was dusty and the floors didn’t seem clean. Other than that, the place was perfect for us! We would definitely stay here again!
