This was our second time in this exact condo. Both times, the condo has been clean, and property management have been super helpful. The view is gorgeous! We would highly recommend, and stay here a third time!

Pretty sure I’m not a person who would enjoy this spot during peak season, but it’s perfect for the off season. The views and sounds of the beach, water and sky are fantastic. Kitchen and bedroom were equipped and comfortable. We really enjoyed ourselves.

We couldn't have had a nicer stay for our month at the beach. The decor has such a fun beach vibe. The couch was so comfy as were the beds. The view was everything. We had coffee on the balcony each morning. Enjoyed all the extra towels and all the amenities in the kitchen. Easy parking garage right off the unit door. We already booked for 2025 and cant wait to return. Book 414 you won't be disappointed.

It wasn’t a horrible unit. It needs a very deep cleaning. Baseboards were full of dust, items in the living room and bedrooms were full of a thick layer of dust. Suggestions based on other units I’ve stayed in would be: kitchen needs more than one hot pad, more knives, a new crockpot, a cooler with wheels to take to the beach and beach toys.

We booked a one bed condo and my parents did as well. Our condo was seemingly fine, it did have updated flooring. But as we unpacked and unfolded the pull out couch we noticed the mattress pad had a large yellow stain on it. No sheets, just the pad. So we pulled that one off and underneath it was another mattress pad with more stains that were brown and red. We found some loose sheets in the closet, but still no mattress pad or fitted sheet. When we contacted them about it they brought a pack of new loose fitting sheets and a blanket, but no new mattress pad. The rugs were also very dirty, and the sink in the master bath didn’t drain properly. Overall it just wasn’t a very clean space. On a side note, my parents had to be moved to a a different room from their original one because it was molded on the ceiling and the carpet and floors were all wet. Then their new room had an odd smell the whole time like old food or something rotten. Just overall not a great experience when it came to all of the rooms we rented. Although the beach and pool are very beautiful and we loved our time there.

My husband and I spent four nights here for a quick getaway. The condo is very nicely maintained and was one of the cleaner beach rentals we have experienced. The hall bathtub did drain very slowly and should be addressed. This is plenty of room for two people and it was nice having the extra bathroom. Having covered parking was a plus in the hot weather. We wanted and enjoyed the beach service set up and the pool was huge, clean and very nice. Overall I would recommend this unit.

First time staying at this property. We loved it! Smaller feel. Excellent views. Huge pool. Plenty of room for our family of 4. The property could benefit with a few simple upgrades: smart tvs and better wifi (maybe an extender in the master because that’s where the signal was weak). It doesn’t have a lot of storage. A cabinet by the main door, more hooks to hang stuff, baskets to put stuff in, that would all be great. They also didn’t have a toaster, full length mirror or oven mitts. Not the end of the world, but simple add ons for sure. We will absolutely rent this unit again. It’s perfect for people with 4 in your family!

Our condo was clean, nicely decorated, and close to the elevator and bridge to the parking garage. We've stayed at Water's Edge many times, and this condo will be on our short list going forward. Vacasa was also great. They reached out in the beginning of our vacation to see if we needed anything and worked to address our single issue.

I am very skeptical about things and we were so happy with this rental. It was great for our family of 5. It was located in a great place just off main drag and away from the busy hustle and bustle but easy to get to everything we needed. The beach was amazing, beautifulwhite sand, clear water! It was great having beach service included. Go look for crabs at night on the beack, the kids loved it! Evan the man who managed the beach chairs was great! He was very welcoming and polite! The unit is exactly as reported and had everything we needed plus more! Vacassa called and checked in with us which was nice if there was an issue (but there wasnt). Book this unit you will not be disappointed! We would totally book this again in the future! It was great to be able to park right by our unit. We are very thankful for this experience!

My wife and I had a wonderful time celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary at our beachfront condo! We loved the condo and the beach was beautiful and so relaxing - just a special time together enjoying a little slice of paradise!
